Hey, I walked in to order and I noticed that the floor looked dirty. I had to use the restroom and I was so disgusted, I wanted to cancel my order! The tolite was literally yellow and covered in piss and nothing else had been cleaned in what I guessed was months, so I took a few pictures I was so appalled I was going to call corporate and I’m just going to leave this bad review instead. Here you go, you be the judge. If the bathrooms that disgusting I can’t imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Honest review 100%

Bunch of kids and punks hanging around bsing with the employees. Wrong order came back into the store and it was set on the pick up shelf without checking it or remaking it. I mean who knows what the people who got the wrong order and brought it back did to the food? Probably nothing but now the store is handing it to another customer and that customer has no idea it left the store and came back.
Also handed my order to the wrong person, apologized but it’s apparent having their buddies hang out is distracting. Definitely a weird experience. Seemed like unsupervised kids running the place.
Also got my order wrong paid extra for chicken and got beef.

Nice clean atmosphere. Tables and floors were kept up and clean. This is always a bonus when walking into a fast food restaurant. It is so not inviting, when walking into any restaurant and having a bunch of tables and the floor dirty while employees stand around visiting and not doing anything. This was not the case here. High chairs available, plenty of parking, and wheelchair ♿️ accessible

Lately the customer service has been okay but food has been lack luster and when you ask for things or do a mobile order things are missing or sauces aren’t included as requested. Pretty sure this burrito supreme with extra meat shouldn’t have been this small. Also always messy like no care when preparing. Lobby is generally not clean either.

This is my third time in this restaurant. There is so much trash and debris outside. You think you’re walking into a homeless camp. The music is so loud. You can’t hardly have a conversation with anybody. And it’s a joke to even call it music. It was just screaming in the background. Why would a restaurant play headbanger music?
I don’t think I will be visiting this establishment anymore when I’m traveling through La grande, Oregon…

Friendly staff reminded me that good customer service isn’t dead. Super fast. They up sold the rounding up for donation, which I appreciate as I work in sales. They greet you by saying Welcome to the Greatest Taco Bell in the World and I really only have Pendleton location to compare to and they put Pendleton to shame. Can’t say enough how friendly and upbeat this staff was!

The service was slow. I understand that it was busy, but we waited 30 minutes to get one girls food. Then had to ask for her drink because they weren’t on top of anything. She then pumped the flavoring. And then got distracted for another 10 minutes. We were on a sports trip so we had limited time and litteraly just left. It was unorganized and embarrassing (for them) after opening our food, my friends taco was soggy, her guacamole she payed extra for was barely there. The food tasted pretty good considering its conditions… overall. Do. Better.

We ordered a Baja blast from here and when we were handed it, it was clear. We told the worker he handed us the wrong drink, and he was pretty rude and explained “that’s just what the Baja blast looks like now” when they were just too lazy to change the bag in the box. Instead of doing their job, they’re just handing out overpriced soda water.
