The staff are very nice, but they don’t seem to care if you are allergic to ingredients and very nicely ask that they be omitted.
We went in the night before and had to wait quite a while to get our food so we got free taco vouchers for tacos that cost $1.99 but we asked if we could use it for tacos that cost $1.69 and were told no. Then, when the ingredients for the approved substitute weren’t available, they offered the cheaper option and then put cheese and dairy sauce on both of the free items after we walked 30 minutes to get the tacos… we did not notice until we opened the bag and realized we could not eat our food… and, if they gave us vouchers for the wrong order, then those vouchers are no good to replace the items we can eat. The system is flawed, and it just meant more food thrown in the trash with no recourse unless I return once again and argue my case just to get what was ordered in the first place. It’s not worth the money or more time to get it fixed and dinner time has passed.
This is the 3rd taco bell in 3 days to add dairy to my purely vegan order and then offer free meat and dairy taco vouchers in their place… they just say it’s all they are allowed to do and shrug…

This place has improved quite a bit over the last year.
It was very, very common (for me at least) to get the wrong order or just be missing items. Sometimes the whole meal.
Over the last several months though, its been good. The quality is what you’d expect from Taco Bell and I’ve pretty consistently been getting exactly what I ordered.
No real complaints anymore.

I was overly impressed by an employee there who made my taco so nicely. I’m always on the go and to get an order that I could open up and it not sloppy and messy was so awesome. I was surprised on how much I appreciated that. I believe her name was Natalia. I hope I got that right, so thank you!!

I waited at least 15 min for in the drive through line after placing an online order. My food seemed to be sloppily assembled and the bag was handed to me wet/grease on it.

I think they just grab food and throw it in a bag. Second time through the drive thru that I’ve gotten nothing I ordered along with no receipt to show what I ordered. I would not recommend it. Waster of time and money.

Worst taco bell by far in oregon. Staff does not want to help at all my quesadilla, took ten minutes when they looked at me, like I was stupid for them just to get it wrong because they forgot to put it in the order double wrong.

I was highly disappointed in the prices verses food quality. I ordered 2 tacos and a quesadilla and the total was $15.00. I cannot believe I wasted the money, won’t be going back anytime soon.

I wish for once they would get my order right I don’t know how many times I placed an order for beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans, but they take the beef off and leave the beans and I’m getting sick of it and half the time I’m in there the service sucks. It’s always slow. when it says no one something then that means no they need to learn to double check
