I love Taco Bell and when I travel I usually hit one up for food. Went through the Prineville location. Drive through was busy but moved quickly and I got a friendly greeting when I ordered and again when I got to the window. I come through a few times a month to the area, Redmond & Bend, but this location is my favorite for the friendliness.

Gross and employees are non urgency self involved completely unprofessional crew basically only talk amongst each other straight ignoring customers are standing right in front forced listening to their conversations and lack of cooth behaviors but over all sketchy cleanliness is observed freely and no concern is given by employees

Get it together Taco Bell! We came in and ordered 2 boxes and both the chalupas had no sour cream in them, but sour cream smeared on the outside of the shell and wrapper. We also were missing 2 things in our order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had things missing either. It’s at the point with the cost, it’s not worth it anymore.

Woman in the drive through on December 11th 2025 at 2pm spoke to me and my husband like absolute garbage, cut him off multiple times while he was trying to explain he needed to use a different card. Supervisor was standing next to her and did nothing, terrible disgusting customer service here. Would not recommend.

I’m a little worried about the cleanliness of this Taco Bell, the food was good, the service was good, but the dining room and bathroom were very dirty. I could see under the soda machine and the front counter from where I was standing and both had not been cleaned in ages by the looks of them. It makes me wonder about the condition of the kitchen and how the food is prepared and handled. Don’t think I’ll be stopping there again.

I love Taco Bell as a go to fast food…. This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever eaten at… food is bad, waited in the drive thru 45 mins because it got to a point I was committed. No syrup in the fountain drink, missing 2 items in my order, my bean and cheese burrito was cold and had hard cheese in it.. sad.

This Taco Bell for whatever reason is the slowest place we’ve ever gotten food. Not fast food specifically, any food outside of our house, ever. I’m not sure if it’s lack of employees, lack of training, not sure, but it’s easily the worst food purchasing experience that my girlfriend and I have dealt with. We’ve lived in the area for five years, and try maybe once every six months to see if they’ve improved and magically they seem to be worse every time. It would honestly be more ideal to have an empty parking lot in this location than deal with giving them money inside and then having to wait for 40 minutes. It should honestly just be shut down if they can’t find 4-6 decent employees that can do the job.
