Picked up our order immediately when it was ready. The Chalupas were rock hard. This could make folks sick. Someone is handing out food that has been sitting too long. The folks that took a bite of these – feel ill. We are saving in the freezer incase anyone gets sick and, reporting to corporate. These should have never been handed out this way. I am concerned about others as well, being served food this old. I want others to be aware. Whatever employee handled these out, needs to be talked to.

Terrible service.
Lobby is closed and you have to queue on the drive through, even when you order online in advance…

So the queue is 10-13 cars longs, all the way to the outside street.
Waste of time, resources and energy

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a Crunch wrap supreme and taco Both had zero meat on them. Obviously, you hate your life because you work at fast food, but instead of ruining other people‘s nights go live under a bridge. The manager of this place needs to fix this…. It was 10pm…. Fired.

Yeah this location is cooked. I ordered ahead on the app because that’s supposed to speed up the process – that backfired. On par with what some recent reviews have mentioned, when I showed up to pick up my food, the lobby doors were locked. My order was made and just sitting there on the counter, so I knocked on the glass only to be met with an employee motioning a “steering wheel” to me, suggesting I’m to get in the 20 car drive-thru line in order to pick up my already made order. Awesome. So, I hopped in line, and 30 minutes later I finally made it to the window and received my order. I asked why the lobby was closed, and they claimed that they were short staffed even though the kitchen was packed with at least 10 employees. They claimed that a lot of the staff were from the morning shift, but that doesn’t exactly change the fact that they certainly didn’t appear short staffed at that given moment. And for the icing on the cake, I get home and open my box to discover that my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had been mistakenly replaced with a normal taco .

The app is supposed to make the process easier. If a customer orders ahead, they should be able to walk in and pick up the order from the counter. That’s literally the entire point, to avoid having to use the drive-thru that can have 30+ minute lines. I love Taco Bell, but this was an obnoxious experience. I will not be using the app in the future, at least for this location, and if the drive-thru line is cooked I will take my patronage elsewhere.

This location is again randomly closed (2:00pm Monday) with zero online updates or even a note on the door. This location just a few months ago was the fastest and most reliable Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. But now unreliable service hours even at 8:00pm on a Friday or Saturday is the norm. Lobby closed which backs up the drive thru.. Sad to see.

I’ve been coming to this taco bell since I was a kid so over 29 years. It’s always been fast food is made good and the employees seem to be happy. I’m leaving this review because for the first time ever I pulled into the drive through at 9:58 PM and they had already closed the store down. After speaking with the manager on shift I realized it was literally just him working. He looked like he was gonna have a panic attack and it’s completely understandable. The problem isn’t your labor or employees it’s your inability as a company too pay your workers a living wage. After working several jobs I’ve learned that fast food isn’t easy at all and you work ridiculous hours night and day. I still left a 5 because the manager was nice about everything and I understood I’ve closed stores by myself and it sucks and literally impossible too cook all that food. Maybe he had one other person but I couldn’t see so I assumed it was just him closing up. So Taco Bell PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE YOU MAKE PLENTY OF PROFIT EVEN WITH OVERHEAD SO YOU DON’T GOTTA BEAT AROUND THE BUSH PAY YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES MORE AND THEY WILL SHOW UP AND WORK HARD. ALSO BENEFITS GIVE THEM BENEFITS SEPARATE YOURSELVES FROM OTHER COMPETITION BY ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STOP LETTING SHADY INVESTORS INTO THE BUSINESS THEY AREN’T HUMAN ONLY ROBOT!!!

Taco Bell’s used to be open until 2 am in this town and now this location, being the latest running in town until 12 am, will have you waiting AT LEAST an hour in the massive line of cars and I bet once you finally get your food, the order will be wrong. Clearly the workers are stressed and understaffed, this is a company/management issue. I get that it’s hard to find workers nowadays, I’m patient in that sense, but come on.

Fastest service at this location than any other local locations. They over stuff our Luxe boxes everytime. Can’t get the box to stay closed all the way. NOW THATS ☆☆☆☆☆ SERVICE RIGHT THERE. ☺️

They shut down there store randomly and cause the Taco Bell on third to be extremely overcrowded. They also randomly decide to close their lobby during business hours just like the Taco Bell on third. Don’t even think about picking up a door dash or Uber Eats order from either Taco Bell because you will be sitting in a drive through line just to pick up an order for 30 minutes +

The employees heavily rely on the order kiosks, forgetting how to take orders.
I forgot to order a side of sour cream and had to stand at the counter for 24 minutes while an employee I know stared at me and the rest ignored me. They always forget something and I never get the drink I order. I always order a root beer and ALWAYS get a MTN dew.
The atmosphere puts off a bit of a dingy and vacant feel.

I suggest going through the drive through and CHECKING YOUR FOOD for accuracy BEFORE leaving!
