i’m kind of pissed because i order from this taco bell all the time and it’s usually very good but this is beyond disappointing. i paid for an extra nacho sauce which is almost $2 and i didn’t get it in my order. as well my crunch wrap is horribly out together and basically destroyed. you guys suck for real

I want to give a huge shout-out to Vanessa at Taco Bell for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was super polite, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. Even though it was late and busy, she took the extra time to double-check our order, make sure we had all of our items, plenty of sauces, forks, and napkins. She really made us feel like she cared, which is rare to see these days. I took the extra time to ask her her name and to write a review about her.
I’ve never seen her there before, but she’s definitely a top-caliber employee. It’s refreshing to come across someone who goes above and beyond in an industry where employees are often underpaid and underappreciated. Vanessa truly stood out, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her on their team!
As a person who writes reviews often. I do realize that it’s not a ways of consistent experience When it comes to food and customer service, but it’s definitely to be noted when somebody does do something above and beyond.

Unfortunately got bad service here. I ordered delivery through the app from this location and my tacos tasted disgusting. The shells had a foul odor and taste that made me sick to my stomach. I was hoping this was just an accident and was even willing to drive out there to get a replacement. I called to let them know what happened and the guy was uninterested. He didn’t even know they did delivery through their app… He said there was nothing he could do, that you have to go through the delivery provider… which is them? I ended up going over to the South 6th location, they happily fixed this for me. I wouldn’t recommend this store, I would recommend the South 6th.

Every time I go into this Taco Bell, the cashier Kevin Is always in a good mood and smiling. I usually come in during the night time rush (between 9-10pm). Sometimes late at night there can be a long wait especially if they have 10 cars in the drive thru. Regardless of how busy they are, Kevin is always ready to help me with my order whenever I come in. He is one of the few cashiers that I am willing to give a tip to because he genuinely looks like he enjoys his job and wants to be at work.

This Taco Bell has given me the best customer service I’ve received in MONTHS. Kevin and Vanessa at the counter were so friendly and actually made us feel welcome. The food was out in maybe 2 minutes or less, it was hot, and made properly! it’s amazing to see a team working together like that. Thank you again to the team! Don’t pass this location up if you’re in the area!

Came in around 3PM on a Tuesday and was told I could not order at the counter and was forced to order through the kiosk. WTH happened to customer service? Was in the restaurant for about an hour and there were probably twenty people that came and left without ordering due to this. Later found out it was due to a corporate rule. In my experience with this visit they should toss the kiosk only ordering idea in the trash and forget about it cause they’re losing a LOT of business because of it, far to many places in town with better Mexican food and prices to have to order through a machine only. Manager could also do a lot better on his professionalism and tone when notifying people of this, several times he was flat out RUDE when he told people about this.

Cheesy fiesta potatoes? More like plain disappointment potatoes. Barely any cheese and even less sour cream. Anybody else remember when they came with green onions? I thought you could add pictures to reviews but I’m not seeing the option. Do better Taco Bell, you used to be my favorite and now I’d rather spend $2 more at an actual Mexican restaurant, your prices are up and quality is down.

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and somehow it wasn’t even grilled and so I went back to fix it and then when I sat down to eat the rest of my food the cool ranch cheesy Gordita crunch I ordered had chicken in it even though it costs more to put that in it. This Taco Bell is never prepared, never professional, and never does their job correctly almost every time there is something that is incorrect. I live very close by and I prefer to drive all the way across town to truly enjoy Taco Bell when I get it especially if I spend $50 dollars worth for my family.
