My brother ordered food for me here. But I didn’t have a car so they refused to hand it over since the dining room was closed. Ok I get that. But after I asked a stranger going through the drive thru if they could grab my order for me they still refused to hand it over to them knowing it was my food. I hadn’t had a meal in two days so I was pretty upset.

Literally the two times I’ve visited the store there’s been issues. The first time they were out of chicken. Like excuse me? The second time all the employees were rude and appeared to be trash talking me. And I could tell by the way the two at the window walked away. Then almost immediately after someone from the back poked their head out and sneered at me. Not to mention I informed them of my delay the moment I got to the window. Because I was using the app but my internet was moving slow. While I was trying to get it together the lady hung out the window staring at me. Like she seriously didn’t move. I asked if she was ok, she replied with “yea I’m just waiting on you to pay” Might I add when I pulled up I asked for a minute for my app to load. I followed up reminding her of my slow app then said she was fine to step in because it’s cold and I’ll understand. Truth is I felt uncomfortable with her sitting there staring. I even offered to pull back around to get it together but she declined. That’s when her and the other guy walked away from the window and the lady in the back came looking. Now I’ve worked in fast food before so I know those actions are the results of trash talking. Please hire better people. Did I mention the guy coming to check on me by saying “we’re just waiting on you to pay” Yea, awkward. This whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable so I just left. Didn’t pay or nothing just a goodbye. 1/24 around 10/11ish.

The nighttime worker/manager Kieran has no customer service. He is rude. Disrespectful!!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves it after my recent visit. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, both in how they treated me as a paying customer and as a DoorDash driver just trying to pick up an order.
When I arrived, no one acknowledged me for several minutes — even though there were multiple employees standing around. When I finally asked for help, I got attitude instead of basic courtesy. The order I was picking up wasn’t ready, even though the app said it had been prepared for a while. When I asked for an update, the worker snapped at me and told me to “just wait,” with no explanation.
To make things worse, my own food order was wrong and cold by the time I got it. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, with poor communication and zero sense of urgency or customer care.
I understand everyone can have a busy night, but that doesn’t excuse disrespect or laziness. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on professionalism, customer service, and order accuracy.
Until then, I won’t be returning — and I’ll warn other Dashers and customers to avoid this location.

I pulled in and was one car back from the speaker. There was a solid line to the window and it was 9:15 pm. Very shortly someone pulled in behind me so I was locked in, no backing out now. This made me nervous because I’ve rarely gotten through in less than 15 minutes. 10 minutes in and the line had not moved and inch. I finally got to the speaker and was greeted by AI, which was surprisingly polite, efficient, and accurate. At 23 minutes I got to the window and paid and was given accurate change. As I sat for the next 4 minutes waiting for my food-like product I was wondering why they use an AI order taker. The person in the drive through window was only there to take money, and pass food through the window. They paced back and forth nervously, and I scanned the area and did not see my soda. I had time to contemplate why they didn’t prepare drinks for every order in line instead of pacing. Foreseeing that they were going to forget my soda when the food finally appeared, I had a decision, wait and then remind them of the only other thing they have to do besides take money and pass food through and cause further delay. So instead I decided to tap on the window and startle the person who looked at me like they were shocked someone was at the window, I asked politely for my soda while I waited. They responded by asking what soda I had ordered. The one that comes with the number 7 meal. “Oh yeah! Sorry about that”. 27 minutes later I was on my way home with smashed Mexican pizzas and cold, broken tacos. I would recommend going inside if possible, that way if it looks like it’s going to be 1/2 hr for “fast” food that’s also cold, and in varying states of disarray, you can ask for a refund and leave. THERE IS NO ESCAPE FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE ONCE YOU’RE LOCKED IN!!

I ordered Nacho cheese fries and was not given the Nacho cheese sauce! What is the point of it being called nacho cheese fries if there’s no nacho cheese?!? Honestly bummed me out significantly it was someone was excited for. Big L for this place it’s the most basic thing and they couldn’t even throw a nacho cheese sauce in my bag. Lame!
Edit:
I went back and they added a new AI to the ordering system. My girlfriend ordered 4 burritos for us and the AI gave us 2 and so I didn’t get any.. then we went back and ordered 4 bean rice and cheese burritos but asked for 2 of them to be supreme but they made all 4 of them supreme. I did not want them to be supreme and was grossed out and couldn’t eat it.. this review was 3 stars but I have changed it to 1 star because I’m pretty disappointed. I was going to write a separate review as 1 star but Google wouldn’t let me. This Taco Bell needs to do better this is pretty simple stuff.

Ashland location is incredibly slow and orders are often a trashy thrown together version of items you usually really enjoy at other Taco Bells. They don’t give accurate proportions for the ingredients. It’s sloppy and cold.

Literally the worst service ever and a manager at 7pm on Thursday the 12th is absolutely awful, ignores customers, puts food I waited 20 minutes for on a back counter so I couldn’t have it until he made someone reprint the receipt. So I got to just watch it get cold. Save your own frustrations and just go literally anywhere else.

I had ordered 3 grilled burritos with beef and they screwed it up twice but got it right the third time. So I really don’t know how to rate it,because I live out of town and had to drive back the next day and then the next day after that. I think it cost me about the same in fuel for my vehicle. Anyway, they made it right the third time. So you be the judge.

So I’m the “what’s included” slide that’s the burrito that I ordered that they messed up 2 times. I live up by emigrant so when I get home I wanna stay home but taco makes me take the extra trip just so I can get my order right. I said no sour creams they put sour cream go home was upset and I looked at the recipt 1.40 for chicken that fits the palm of my hand the rest of proportions make sense but this and the cheese like you’re Taco Bell where’s the cheese, my boyfriend had asked since they messed up our order could we possibly bug them for an extra side of cheese. They gave my burrito to me and shut the drive threw window and left. Now when I get home I don’t have the 3 cheese blend, the nacho cheese, or beans in my burrito I’m so upset I haven’t even went back yet. I’m gonna go back but I hope there service is better.

Worst Taco Bell ever! They have really gone down hill. They are stingy and cheap as possible at this location. Dirty, rude, clueless, arrogant. They charge a special “Ashland price”. The bean burrito should be $1.39, as it is everywhere else but you get to pay $1.79. You think they pass the extra money on to their employees? Perish the thought. Somehow the taco bell on the beach in Half Moon Bay California charges the regular prices. They don’t accept online orders here either. Come on people we deserve better. Take the 10 minute drive to Medford if you want taco bell. Better yet go to In N Out Burger and get clean, excellent food every time for the same price no matter where you go.
