I pulled up with only 2 cars ahead of me and still waited 20+ minutes as they proceeded to only let one car go to the window at a time.
The wait would’ve tolerable though if the food was even half decent!!
We spent $30+ dollars and what did we get? They forgot 2 taco supremes and a Beefy 5 layer burrito. Then the food that I did get was thrown together like a 5 year old made it. It was sloppy and messy and falling apart. The “crunchy” taco shells were so soggy that they would just fall apart and you couldn’t even eat them. The beefy 5 layers were falling out of the bottom of the burrito and had more cheese and sour cream than meat and beans… but the most egregious of all of it was the “Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito”.. This $8 burrito was SMALLER than a Beefy 5 Layer! They were the same length but there was barely anything inside of it!!! There was more tortilla than any other thing in the burrito. This cost double what a Beefy 5 Layer does but you actually get less! Unfortunately I know, from other Taco Bell’s, that this is not how it is supposed to be and is only specific to this location.
I then called in to hopefully get some customer service, a guy rudely answered the phone, then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t hear me and to just come back if I had an issue. I told him I was already home and didn’t want to drive all the way back after working a 13 hour day and he said “Then I don’t know what you want me to do”.
It truly is unfortunate because this used to be the best Taco Bell in town and now is just disgusting with terrible customer service. My wife used to work at Taco Bell and I know how it should be made, the food is now VASTLY overpriced and not even close to the same quality but this location takes it to another level of poor quality.
Below is a picture of the Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito next to a Beefy 5 Layer, double the price, but you only get more tortilla.. The inside of the burrito with mostly tortilla, a few pieces of steak but the rest is just cheese and tortilla. Then finally, the “Crunchy” taco shells.
If you check the cameras, you’ll notice that one employee comes out with an order and on his way back into the kitchen. I asked him after my order that I was there to pick up. He completely ignored me. No recognition I was talking to him and walked back in the kitchen. He did not let anyone else know. I was out there.
I understand not all employees are assigned to work in the lobby taking orders or helping customers however it should be a basic assignment for all employees to let others know when someone is waiting especially when they’ve been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes being totally ignored
Also, your kitchen is horrendously dirty trash on the floor everywhere employees walking past once again doing the bare minimum. They’re not assigned to clean therefore they’re not gonna clean up that mess.
You have an entire store full of employees that could care less to communicate and help customers. They are all there to do the bare minimum get a paycheck get out. This was an atrocious experience
Finally got it after 1:45 minutes and surprise. 2 things also missing from order. Round of applause and raises all around.
I was going through the drive thru with my kids at about 7:30pm on Friday November 7th 2025. Unfortunately our city has an issue with homeless people like most cities these days. A man that was clearly intoxicated attempted to approach my vehicle while asking for money. I informed him that I didn’t have cash. They continued to approach and I said I had kids in the car and to not approach my vehicle. I am more than willing to help when a person acts with decency. Normally I would offer to buy them food but when they continued to approach after I asked them not to, I decided against it.
This all happened in about 60-90 seconds.
I’ve gone to this taco bell numerous times over the years and this was the first time someone approached me like that.
The crew were quick to intervene and ask the person to leave before the situation escalated.
In my opinion, they all deserve a raise!
Thank you!
