The DMV of Taco Bell’s. Super rude and incredibly slow. It doesn’t matter if your the 1st or 15th car in line, expect to be waiting for at least 30 min. Which wouldn’t be such a problem if they actually got the orders right. If your order is correct, you better go buy a lottery ticket because it’s your lucky day. I know it’s super difficult to read a sticker or a screen and put the corresponding items in the bag, that’s why they get paid the big bucks

Placed our order in the drive through, and as it was handed to me, the bag broke, the food hit the ground and the person inside just looked at me and closed the window! The two window workers turned their backs to me! I got out of my truck to pick up the $21 worth of food and knocked on the window and finally what I assumed was the manager came and asked what the problem was. I told her what had happened and then I handed her the food, which she checked and put into another bag and handed it back. She didn’t offer to make it again! They all acted like it was my fault that the bag broke and not one person said they were sorry! The customer service at this Taco Bell has definitely gotten worse in the last few years! I’ll think twice before returning any time soon!

I am a Door Dasher and part of my job is making sure customers get their food in a timely manner. When restaurants cannot deliver the food in a timely fashion, it’s my job at risk for taking too long. I have been assigned to this Taco Bell multiple times before and each time it’s taken 20+ minutes to get my customer’s food. I am never given an ETA, just excuses. So I have nothing to tell my waiting customers about how long they need to wait. No other Taco Bell I’ve been to does this. If they are busy they give me an ETA. If they are understaffed, they tell me how many orders are ahead of my customer’s. Never have I felt my time feel so devalued as when waiting at this particular location. If you are a customer and want quick service, it’d be quicker to go to a different location then to be served here.

Extremely dirty restaurant. Every single table was dirty, 8 people behind the counter not one of them can clean the dining room? Super slow getting our food and it wasn’t even busy. The napkin holder was sticky. I wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t know what’s happening to the youth of this town. When someone goes through the drive thru with “Southern” kindness ,it calling someone sweetheart or brother. Then to be completly ignored, (not a single word left her mouth) after asking for sauce and saying thank you sweetheart. What a disrespectful little girl. On top of it get home…NO Sauce!! If she doesn’t like her job Taco Bell should help her out and fire her because she obviously doesn’t belong in customer service

Absolute trash. The whole crew needs to be fired. I got two crunchwraps and they both were limp with extremely soggy hard shells and completely fell apart upon taking a bite. My burrito tortillas were not warmed up at all leaving them stiff and undesirable. And LITERALLY MAYBE A TEASPOON OF MEAT IN BOTH CRUNCHWRAPS.

Does the owner(s) of this place even care that customers wait 30 minutes for their FAST FOOD orders?? Seems like this store needs a change in management and/or staff. I’ve never seen anything like this. I will never accept a DoorDash for this store ever again! And the staff acts as if they don’t care at all!

This is my third and final pathetic order from this place.
I only pick up Taco Bell on a rare occasion for fast food. 1/2 of the times I do go there is something wrong with my order. In the last 6 trips we have decided to eat at the White city Taco Bell we have had to get our money back on the app or walk in from the drive through and get what is missing 3 times. What’s insane is you’re ALWAYS in the line for more than 20 minutes and you leave with orders similar to this. BOTH boxes of nachos are missing chips but have cheese? Truly horrible service. I’m also missing an entire Gordita crunch.
I refuse to order from this Taco Bell again and I recommend you do the same. The 5 minute drive back to the Medford location is worth it. Maybe. Refunds aren’t going to fix this issue anymore.
