If you’re a trucker don’t go here because there’s a chance they closed the dining room because they’re “understaffed” they had 5 people working, one was on break (which is acceptable). But there was at least 4 in the kitchen and drive threw. I ordered through the app and set it for pickup because I’m a truck driver and it’s literally right down the street from a love’s truck stop. When I got there, I got greeted by a sign saying “dining room closed sorry for the inconvenience.” I had to wait for a few cars to pass before I could go to the window and get my food. I’m sorry you can’t keep a staff but I’ve seen taco bells in the middle of a big city, running a dinner rush with just 2 employees, 4 is more than enough.

I think the quesadilla was pretty good. The bathroom seat was warm but I like that. The cashier took my order like this. Okay

They keep raising the prices, breakfast burritos are all above $2 when this store already charges more for everything compared to a corporate store. .30¢ increase just recently on items. Would love to go if they stopped raising the prices. Service is always amazing though !

All the food was undercooked the order was wrong, they were missing things from our order. my crunchy cheesy gordita was nothing but a ball of dough they got my wife’s order wrong (simple bean burrito and onions) and when did cinnamon twists come without cinnamon? it was horrible we want all of our money back and probably won’t ever be going there again. Worst visit ever.

Best Cheesy Gordita Crunch I’ve ever had, and I’ve been ordering these things since 2002 when I was a stoner teenager. As a stoner adult now, I love you Roseburg Taco Bell

I frequently this taco bell enough to know the entire menu by heart and most of the employees as well , today I was greeted with such disrespect I feel obligated to say something here as well as the cooperate complaint I did make. This young female who I have not seen before aggressively told me as I made my order that I needed to “ slow down “ I drove to the windows only questioning why she was so rude but gave her grace about not understanding me in the pouring rain at 6:56 pm on 9/8/25. I then arrived at said window and handed her a $20 bill that she inappropriately snatched right out of my hand. Out of shock I patiently waited for her to return to ask for her name to make a complaint to her manager when I arrived home.
After I politely asked her name she refused and told me “ bye “ as she waved , smiled and smirked. As a manager myself I was absolutely baffled at this treatment so I knocked on the window and waited for a response to which I got ignored by 3 females within eyeshot. I refused to leave at this point and wanted to speak to someone professional and I was approached by a lady who said to be the manager and I asked for her name again to make a cooperate complaint at this point and she responded with “ well I know her name “ and she did not ask what happened. I went on to tell her about this unbelievable treatment and I come here extremely often and appreciate what they do dearly and have never had an issue prior and that she needed to be addressed and handled properly and the manager barely acted as if it was a big deal , did not apologize or anything.
I don’t expect the upmost respect from a taco bell employee but I do expect to be treated with human decency as I am paying for a service. Accountability is key when it comes to these young workers , I fear her future in customer service will come to an unfortunate end when she does this to the wrong person and these situations escalate further than what I took it too. Corrective action is very much needed here in employees and management and I highly encourage anyone who has or had the same experience I did to record and write complaints to the bigger part of the company where I know accountability will be held.

Honestly, not what I personally would expect from a Taco Bell, the service was good but started to go downhill as we started to end the session. The atmosphere does seem pretty welcoming and is fresh, a sign that they keep everything clean and up-to-date. The food was delicious, but honestly extremely messy (from a quesadilla) and somewhat greasy. I would say this is good enough to get another chance.

It’s what’s to be expected from a well-known fast food place that most have been to at least once. Food is some of my fav, but I hate when they’re out of mild sauce.

I ordered the cravings box. There was a sign on the menu that said sorry for the inconvenience we are out of lettuce, so I conversated with the gentlemen on the other side and he explained that they would substitute cabbage in my burritos and tacos if I would like I agreed. Yes, and paid the $21 for my box of food and got meat and taco shells, absolutely terrible.
