Out of the 3 Taco Bells in the area this is the best of them. Normally they’re really great for late night/fourth meal. Tonight though was another story. I’m probably one of the easiest orders of the night, always through the drive through & just 2 soft tacos no sauce. Usually full of meat cheese and lettuce. Tonight however one taco was ok…. the 2nd had almost no meat at all a sprinkle of cheese and little lettuce. When I rolled it up to eat it wasn’t even the circumference of a quarter! There was more taco shell than anything else. I’m not eating there for a limp little taquito in a soft shell!!! However, this is the one of three thats usually spot on and always friendly speedy service without any problems with orders so overall I still give a good rating .

Wait times were high. Not many orders either. Wasn’t a large or complicated order. We literally waited 12 minutes when the mobile order app said it would be 2 minutes. But the food was hot and what we ordered so we were happy.

John Huerta is A1 ! He cared for my father who has Alzheimer’s and ended up at Taco Bell, Coos Bay. John provided food, good company and arrangement for cab back to his care facility. John creatively located my contact number from my father to arrange for his safety. He then followed up with a call letting me know that he was ok. Hats off to Taco Bell and John Huerta!!!

The cashier in drive thru who works around 11pm-11:10pm 8/17/25 . Was extremely rude to use thru drive thru , he was nasty person and rude , he threaten me saying he can deny my order ? This customer service is the worse experience ever . He should take some courses in how to handle humans how to be kind and respectful. This is insane
