Update: I can tell the store is trying to staff better! I still wish there was a way for drive thru to not be so highly priortized but I’m sure that’s a corporate mandate. Look thanks guys for trying!!! Keep getting better!! my original review was as follows: From a door dash perspective I hate taking orders at this location. They are never ready I’m lucky if there is one person on the lobby side, honestly I don’t make money sitting around maybe run those orders through drive thru please???
I see orders for your restaurant and I think bet I’ll wait at least ten minutes yay! By the way it’s the same pace for personal carry out orders. If it’s my own food I go through drive thru and it’s fast hot and accurate lobby service moves like mollasass.
Please address this help door dashers out! I love your food not your lobby service sorry!!

I went in to have a bite to eat , a lady by the name of Kelsey Hernandez waited on me! Kelsey is absolutely amazing and she’s definitely the only reason I’ll be going back. Her work ethic is unmatched in my personal opinion. Keep up the good work Kelsey see you soon.

Look I don’t normally complain but tonight 11/16 between 7:30-8 the crew they had on hand was unacceptable one had a headset and a headphone in checked his phone numerous times I started watching a female employee start drawing on herself. I also sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on my order. To top it all off our food is cold while we didn’t even get what we ordered. The only good thing I saw was a female employee with neck tattoos actually moving across the work stations like she knew how to run the place.

What’s the point of using their app if their not going to have the food ready. Made an order 25 min before getting to this store and they had yet to make it…. so what’s the point….. ohh to add also see 1 employee on break that’s fine but I also see 3 other just lolly gagging around and one of them is one their phone talking. How professional is this. This place needs accountability.

I never leave reviews but last night 12/20 was the worst experience I have had here or any other fast food place. I placed my order online at 6:09 pm and the app stated it would be ready by 6:11pm. By 6:20 the app stated it was still being made, no problem I am a patient person and it looked like they were short staffed. So as more time went by I still waited. It looked like the door dash orders were priority over people waiting inside. By the time 7:00pm came around ,I went up to the counter to ask if they were working on my order, the girl said they had 5 other orders ahead of mine even though patrons that came after me were receiving their orders. So I just let her know that I would just cancel my order and asked if that would put the money back on my card. She told me yes, if I cancelled the order the money would be refunded. Well this morning I’m still out the money. I know they were busy and even when extra workers showed up I couldn’t even get my order after an hour of waiting, it is just disappointing and I won’t EVER go back to this location if this is how they operate, I am very sorry to say.

Tonight when I was in there I heard the blonde employee on drive thru call another customer a jackass. The customer had told him to stop arguing with his manager and just help out like he was asked, which may have been rude but an employee should never be cursing at a customer. Very hostile and unnecessary

worst ever.Took 35 mins to get 2 tacos ,a burrito,and 2 med sodas. They were not busy, Had to constantly ask if they had forgotten my order. When I finally did get it it was wrong.

Aside from this location almost always leaving out tomato and sour cream when I order anything Supreme, Today I was served a nacho bell grande that smelled foul. The beef looked ‘off’. Not sure if it was expired, but it certainly seemed like it. The chips used in the nachos were definitely stale, though. The price for what you get just isn’t worth it anymore and I won’t be going here anymore.

Crap service. Tried ordering in store and there was a bunch of nasty kids coughing all over everywhere and someone finally came to take my order or so I thought and asked me to use the order kiosk cuz they didnt have a til. Not my problem, I don’t work here or want to and I dont want to have to use your idiotic kiosk so ypu guys can mess up my order either.
