I went and got a $7 deluxe box, and when i opened it to grab my 70 cent avacado ranch, they didn’t put the lid on the container, it was just sitting atop and it got avacado ranch all over my clothes. I asked if i could have a knew one and the worker Natalie was very rude, she just kept asking if we wanted napkins me and my father both asked if we could get a new avacado ranch and she just kept on asking if we wanted more napkins. I payed 70 cents for an avacado ranch that was less than half full and the lid WASNT ON!! This was so rude, if you forgot to put the lid on and it spills on a costumer, the least you can do is give them a new sauce. this is what RIDICULOUS!! edit: i just got home and opened my taco i paid 90 cents for a doritos shell and they gave me a plain shell, also when i opened it the whole entire thing fell apart. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible!!!

Drive thru service and customer service were terrible! We don’t order out a lot and this was supposed to be a special treat for my special needs daughter after a medical procedure. We ordered 2 Deluxe boxes, nothing outrageous or substitutions, but we were treated like ordering food from a fast food establishment was an imposition. I contacted corporate and recieved no response, which is typical for a conglomerate. I don’t recommend going here if you want good food and good service. Especially for what you pay, I can make the same things (only BETTER) for cheaper and with less attitude!

Not only are the employees working the window EXTREMELY disrespectful, but they can’t even get my order right. My brother ordered us food through door dash and it took a literal hour for our order to get done because of the lack of staff and the lack of capability of the staff there. To top it off my food was smashed into a tiny bag. Only one of our items were made correctly. It is sad to see this be the normal level of service and quality of food EVERY TIME I come here or order from here. I was an assistant manager in the valley for pacific bells at one point and I can tell you that this location is BY FAR the most poorly managed! This is the last time I will be dealing with this location!! Hope things get better and that the gm and most of the staff are replaced. The district manager needs to buckle down and run this location until they get reliable staff and competent staff as well as a competent gm!!

Most actual slow worker. Ordered one thing and it took almost 15 mins, workers talking it up instead of clocking in and doing job. orders are always wrong and food here has to be the worst taco bell food ever. Do not recommend, if you’re an oregon definitely go to newport taco bell.

I just got a meal. And I always get about 10 hot sauce packs.
Always, for about 20 years. Now I will never be going to taco bell ever again. They said they can only give me 1 hot sauce packet per item . Ridiculous. That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. So , good job NOT. JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE. PEACE.

Cinnabons for sure are mine and my daughters favorite!

So the food was good after wr had to go back up to the counter because they forgot one of the soft tacos we ordered. However the service was poor. Not only did they forget to add some of our food but the staff were very unfriendly and extremely SLOW! I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and after it was clear that they weren’t going to ask what I needed I had to get their attention by saying “excuse me” quite loudly and finally a lady came over to me but she just seemed bothered and really rude and short. There was no one else in the restaurant but me and my 2 kids and the drive thru seemed steady but not too bad so it wasn’t busy.
Overall I wasn’t satisfied. I felt that the lack of good customer service really made a bad impression and I dont plan on going back there for quite awhile now.

Waited 15 mins inside for my meal. Lady head of me waited longer and workers were rude to her.
Last time I was here they were out of beef. So chicken only option and made us pay for it. Why would customers pay more if manager didn’t order enough beef??
Food was cold both times.
Employees are not dress to impress at all. Sad seeing company that I grew up looking forward going to. Is now going down hill.

Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant. I’m not going to judge it at the same level I would a restaurant where I sit down and a person walks over to take my order. I’m not Gordon Ramsay, and this isn’t Hell’s Kitchen. For this particular order, I ordered online, and customized a few items, adding some ingredients here and there, removing tomatoes from a couple items. My main criteria for fast food is: Are they actually fast, are they friendly, and did they get the order right? I’m happy to say that today, this Taco Bell hit all three. Really impressed they got all the customizations. The food tasted as expected, and that’s all I ask. Thumbs up!

Went in to skip line outside as traffic is backed up. Waited a few minutes at counter until a customer not staff told gotta use kiosk….my bad use kiosk and select pay with cash. Then wait for over 20 minutes. Finally fed up i waited at front until I finally got someone’s attention after about 7 to 8 minutes. Then they said oh we haven’t started as you have to pay first. I was pretty annoyed at that point, so I just left. I acknowledge that my lack of knowledge is a big issue here but seriously they gotta post this stuff somewhere.

This taco bell was HORRIBLE. the lady that served us was extremely rude and not I don’t believe she should be in the customer service work field at all. The worst part about this experience was that she didn’t give us all the food we ordered but she still made us pay for the food we didn’t even receive. There was no name on the receipt so I do not know her name but she was working at 7 pm on Tuesday
