Went through the drive thru tonight November 11th 2025 around 8 pm. Ordered a Mexican pizza, a nacho bell grande, 2 soft tacos no lettuce, 4 bean burritos no onion no red sauce and an avocado crispy chicken soft taco and 4 drinks. We received our food. The Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag underneath the nacho bell grande and all the burritos and tacos. Smashed so you couldn’t even open it up. The soft taco had lettuce on them when there wasn’t supposed to be any at all. Went back around so they would fix our food. Then got home and realized there was no meat at all of the nacho bell grande. There should never be heavy items on top of a Mexican pizza for one. And if the employees can’t pay attention to what’s being ordered then they shouldn’t be making the food period. This is not the first time Lebanon Oregon taco bell has screwed up like this. It happens all the time. And I’m over it

For years this location has gotten our orders wrong but today they crossed a line. I love my bacon breakfast crunchwrap and today I got extra sauce too, and I had to suffer through a gross sausage one and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

A little confused here. Can any of the tacobell employees in Lebanon read English? Did any of them pass the 1st grade? I order once in a while, but in the past 3 years, every single order has consistently had something wrong with it. For example, today, I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito. My ONLY REQUEST WAS NO SOUR CREME. That couldn’t happen, oh no, because not having to do a step is more work then having to do a step. Make it make sense. Step it up Lebanon Tacobell, I know it’s fast food, but you charge way too much to get it wrong this much.

Absolutely pathetic when there are only 2 kiosks and 8+ people waiting on the 2 non tech savvy people attempting to order that they can’t staff the counter for taking orders. Employees from behind counter keep looking out and obviously see a huge build up of people concentrated to the front door area and do nothing about it. Not sure if its corporate policy, franchisee policy or poor shift management but if you want a meal in a timely manner and want to order from a real person don’t go here.

Sent in a pick up order waited like 5 mins and went to get it waited at the drive through window for another 15mins. Didn’t get my chips and both crunch wraps I got had half a head of lettuce no crunchyness.. nothing was hot or even warm does this taco bell now what they are doing?

Stopped on a whim because I was super hungry and had rewards on the app. OH my gawd, it was absolutely the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever had. All I ordered was a soft taco and a value beefy burrito. The meat was hot, the veggies were crisp and both items’ tortillas were toasty. I never leave fast food reviews but felt compelled to do so this time. Outstanding.
