This taco bell is just consistently so bad. The other ones around town have their good days and bad days but this one is bad Every. Single. Time. The potatos are always hard little nasty rocks and you are lucky if you get a tablespoon of meat on anything. They constantly skimp on ingredients unless it old tomatoes or the stemmy top of the tomato, you get plenty of that! Just last night I thought they had forgotten the meat on my crunchwrap but after digging around I found MAYBE a tbs of meat thinly spread out under the soggy shell. They also skimp on nacho cheese on everything, even when you add extra! I’m done at this point. I will drive to the other ones from now on.

Absolute terrible service first I didn’t get a straw with my drink my taco was so soggy everything fell out before I could even eat it and I asked for a grilled cheese burrito and got a complete other burrito filled with lettuce. Would have gone back but with this bad of service I’m afraid they would spit in it or worse. Definitely do not recommend won’t be going back. Somebody needs to be fired.

Went to Taco Bell not last night but night before (Nov 2) and my order was actually made perfectly, hence the 2 stars, even though the nacho fries were only half filled and stuff- it’s probably the only time I could finish a Taco Bell meal and be satisfied….
That is until I woke up yesterday horrible nauseous. I hadn’t gotten much sleep so I blamed it on that but after waking up today post getting 12 hours of sleep— I still feel terrible sick to my stomach. I don’t know if it’s because of the Taco Bell but considering I haven’t really eaten a meal since— the signs are pointing to it. Just be wary.

Every time I go, no matter what I order, even if I pay for extra meat, I get about 3 meager teaspoons of their soy-ground beef mixture. This is over several orders and several months so I can only assume the owner tells the kitchen staff to be extremely frugal. Are they supposed to be measured portions of meat? Of course, I’m sure Taco Bell has portioned standards. Each time I’ve gone, it’s always different staff too. Common denominator being whoever owns and runs this store. I wouldn’t go back to this location if we had a category 5 hurricane and I was forced to loot for food. I wouldn’t go to this location if I got a $5 gift card. I’ve heard the location in Dallas, OR is awesome. Do better…make Keizer Taco Bell great again.

Cannot stand the customer order kiosks. Food was very mediocre, one clean table in entire dining room and employees on break watching videos on their phone with volume too load for dining space. Sadly, Taco Bell has fallen off my fast food spectrum

Food was terrible. Service was terrible and order was wrong! My grandson had a meat burrito that we found french fries in it. Not to mention the place was filthy. I would never come back here!
I don’t think any of the employee can read or conduct an intelligent conversation.
This place needs to be turned into the health department and the owner needs to be investigated for illegal practices.

My sister was in the drive through behind me, I told the drive through worker, (Chubby girl with glasses) I’ll pay for the person behind me, tell her to pass it on as a joke. After laughing with me about it, she proceeded to not only charge me, but also took cash from my sister for that same order. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I called and talked to the manager, he said he’d look into it, and said I could come back for the money. I’ll be checking back in with him to see if anything was done.
UPDATE: The manager said it was a “miscommunication” There’s no way there could be a miscommunication when she straight out told me she would tell her to “pass it on” and then forget literally 5 seconds later when my sister pulled in behind me. She straight up committed theft, and if I was petty enough, I would file charges.

Not even worth 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting Experience at Taco Bell in Keizer, OR
I went into this Taco Bell around 7:15 p.m. and ended up waiting 45 minutes for a small order because they gave my food to someone in the drive-thru. No apology, no urgency — just employees standing around acting clueless. During that time, four other customers came in, complaining that their orders were incorrect or missing entirely, including those who had ordered through the app. Every taco bell around Salem always seems to mess things up.
When I finally got my food and started eating, I found a hair buried underneath my nachos — not on top, but hidden under the cheese. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This location is a total disaster — filthy, disorganized, and run by people who clearly don’t care. Taco Bell should be ashamed to have its name on this place. I’m never eating at a TacoBell anywhere in Oregon ever again.

This Taco Bell location used to be super reliable, but for the last 6 months or more, they have consistently forgotten at least one of the items I’d ordered. Just the other day I wanted to try a new burrito they had on the menu, only to get home and find that they hadn’t even given me it. Major bummer everytime.

kennedy the manager was delightful and went inside on her break to get our order after the lobby had closed. alicia the server was also incredibly nice and helpful. the food is spot on and this was the best taco bell experience me and my girlfriend have had in a very long time.
