I’ve never understood the “if I could give 0 stars I would”… until today!
Went to a concert last minute, so wasn’t preparing for the hunger and exhaustion afterwards. Decided to stop at Taco Bell because it had sounded amazing for like a week and it was accessible and cheap enough for how broke we have been lately. Placed a mobile order in the parking lot and then sat in the drive thru, got up to the window and guy says it will be a minute. I was a manager in food service so I’m quite accustomed to this and said that’s fine. Approximately TEN MINUTES LATER he finally apologized for the wait and took my order. (Well, my name since it was just a pickup.) TEN MINUTES. The cars behind me probably thought I was ordering the entire menu based on how they kept inching closer to my car every 2 minutes and I felt so embarrassed for nothing. He then tells me they will get started on my order. So placing a mobile order does nothing to get your food started any sooner, lmao.
Whatever at this point, stuff happens, right? Wrong. We get our food and as I’m driving back home to Salem, my taco is a shell instead of soft like I ordered, there’s no beefy five layer, I have an entirely different burrito neither me or my boyfriend ordered, and my chalupa was LITERALLY as hard as a rock, impossible to chew through. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE received such unbelievably bad service to the point that I didn’t eat dinner at all, I had chips and cheese and my mango drink and that was it. My first and only meal of the day by the way!
I’m truly so disappointed. With how little money we have had to spend on eating out and this is what we receive is just really upsetting, and I expect a full refund (the order was for Ashton M, 10/21 at about 11pm-12am) and a genuine apology- because it feels like fast food workers can just get away with doing anything they want nowadays with zero repercussions.
2 PS notes, 1: my boyfriend received a burrito in his box that was again, not what we ordered, and ate it unknowingly. If we had food allergies, this would be a huge deal and possibly a lawsuit. Do better. 2: Attached is a photo of the amount of “guacamole” he received with his chips “and guac”.

Went thru drive through, was asked about app, said no, then for some reason the voice changed from a guy to another lady to take my order, and as I was deciding they interrupted me and cut me off, and had to wait there to add on another item. It was more than awkward. Also food was just made messy.

I usually love Taco Bell, but this certain location was absolutely terrible! I went here for lunch with my family and friend. The food was good but I was waiting in line with a few other people to get fire sauce. There were three workers not paying any attention to the people in the front. They’re very rude and disrespectful! I waited for around 10 minutes just to get fire sauce. I kept saying “excuse me” but they didn’t come. Then one man next to me was also waiting too. He noticed I needed fire sauce so he yelled “excuse me!” That finally managed to get their attention and the man next to me said, “ this lady needs fire sauce.” I appreciate the guy who did that! He didn’t work there, he was just helping me out. The workers here are RUDE! SO RUDE! They should be fired!!!

It is the Taco Bell closest to us so we have been here a few times. We’ve done it all, dine in, take out, delivery…Today I ordered delivery, and truly everything tasted like it was made yesterday. Just so gross in all ways.
Something is not right with the soda machine, every option is flavorless. Has been this way for the last TWO years we have lived close by. It does not matter what you choose.
As for the in person experience – there is always someone waiting forever to have their order taken because they can’t/don’t know how to use the tablet and no one is paying attention to them. This place SUCKS.

The most rude unprofessional customer service out of the thousands of location I’ve visited my entire life. Stood around and got a wait finger after looking over their shoulders standing at the counter. The Shift lead definitely was more interested in his personal music being played off his cell phones. I see why this location has a 3.2 rating. Just looking into that kitchen and seeing the mess on the counters and floor covered with food what a hazard to staff. Nothing felt right

Tables hadn’t been cleaned. I asked counter staff to clean my table and he (Evan) walked around a few tables and pointed out clean tables..full of crumbs. I pointed out my table needed cleaning. He handed me a wet rag to clean my table.and gave me a disgusted look. I asked him to apologize and he told me he would not apologize to me. I ask for manager and was told by manager he was too busy and sent a poor girl to hear my complaint. She apologized profusely but Evan still refused to address me. I was refused contact information for store owner.

Edit: went back this evening at 11:30pm, no cars in the drive through. Asked for a number 6 meal(chicken chalupas) asked to NOT have chicken and swap with beef. Get home starving, take a bite and ugh it’s chicken. How this can happen being the only car in drive through is beyond me… the person taking the money was friendly but just disappointed. Went from 5 to three stars.

I asked for extra nacho cheese on both Nacho bell grande and 5 layer burrito, I got none of that. No beans on my nachos, nor extra cheese. Same with my 5 layer burrito no beans or extra cheese. I can’t believe I get charged for something I never recieved. Does the nacho cheese come out of your pay checks or something?

Stopped in for dinner. Typical Taco Bell food we ate in the dining room. I don’t believe the staff actually realize that we were still in the restaurant as we could hear them talking loudly and making fun of the people through the drive-thru. At this time an Uber driver lady came in to pick up an order. When she approached the manager she was describing her order. The manager asked if there was drinks. She showed her phone to the manager the manager quickly copped an attitude and said that she would not be talked to or talk down to or disrespected. Not in any way did the Uber driver lady be disrespectful to the female manager. The staff at this Taco Bell all need to be fired!! The amount of disrespect that was displayed was very unsettling to watch. the franchise at this Taco Bell establishment needs to be informed that the late night teenage staff that they have working in this establishment are very rude, The language towards customers should not be tolerated in any way shape or form in this restaurant..
