Super disappointed in this Taco Bell tonight.
Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande ($6.89) for my daughter, who only likes meat and cheese. I ordered it without beans, tomatoes, or sour cream.
Then I asked how to substitute the nacho cheese for shredded cheese (I was using the self-serve kiosk…).
The gentleman who works the window most often (SUPER nice anytime I’ve been here!!) told me I just have to say “no nacho cheese” and scroll down and “add shredded cheese” for .40 cents more.
I was a little annoyed I couldn’t just substitute, but I went ahead and just did it.

I get the order and noticed there’s all chips, barely any meat, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese (photo below).

I asked the gentleman why there’s barely any toppings, he asks the lady cooking, who tells him that’s how much meat comes on the nacho…
I ended up having it refunded because I’m not paying $7+ (cost of the shredded cheese added…) for a plate of chips, a sprinkle of cheese and 1 oz. of taco meat!

I’m disappointed because if you’re going to charge the same amount with 1 topping as you do with all the toppings, you should at least put on the customer’s money’s worth.
It wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t literally the tiniest amount of meat on top.

I guess I’m posting as a “buyer beware”.
I get it that people are sometimes ridiculous with their substitutions, but come on. You have to treat each case as an individual. This was just bad business.

Absolutely worst tacobell on earth. Maybe try too hire people and use standards. I’m not sure if this is the owners fault or management. This has happened for 4 years and I’ll avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. You have all new staff from the last time I’ve ordered so I figured maybe it would be different but once again you never fail too surprise me. 40 bucks down the drain. I work 7 days a week holding two jobs and going to school. I perform at the highest standard because I work with ethic. How would you feel if you had little time and ordered and the same store gets your order wrong once again. I wish I could delete this location from my door dash

This is totally an average Taco Bell. The service was fast, but the tables needed some cleaning. The kiosk was a bit glitchy too and wasn’t responding properly to my touch.

I work near this Taco Bell and I have to say, this location is far and away the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. It’s always really clean and the food is ready fast but above all, the customer service is so over-the-top amazing. Shawn in particular is really great, if you walk in to pick up a mobile order, he’ll ask for your name and make sure the staff knows you’re here and update you on how long it will be, etc. I’ve worked many years in customer service and Shawn is truly the pinnacle of the type of all-Star employee any place would be lucky to have; always smiling, inviting and happy to help.

I don’t know why so many people rated this location low, maybe they shouldn’t expect 5-Star dining at a fast food joint – as far as Taco Bell’s go, this is an A+.

The first few times I went to this location, they got things down pretty okay. But over the course of the past few months things have gotten worse. Now it seems like I can’t go a single time without half of my food missing. No communication whatsoever. I ask if everything is in the bag and I shouldn’t need to look before I drive away. Please avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.

When a person comes in the store with proof that your staff don’t care and the lie to their face to tell them “that’s how it’s supposed to be served”

I ordered a $3.59 crispy chicken cantina taco. This isn’t my first one. The soggy undercooked garbage I was served and told that ridiculous statement too, was atrocious.

Corporate- help this store.

Love the irony of the sauce packet… didn’t plan that.

Take some ownership and responsibility for your quality and work ethic. And tell your employees to stop lying outright.

My husband and I went in today for lunch around 12:30 and the young man who took our order had outstanding customer service! Really impressive! It’s hard to find good customer service anymore and he sure was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work and you’ll go far in this World.

DISGUSTING

I found actual hair in my food, my mobile order was messed up TWICE and still ended up with the wrong food when I came back home. The employees are out smoking weed in front of the building, I waited literally an hour for my food after the first mess up and when I went in to talk to someone about it, they tried to argue with me that I wasn’t the person who was trying to pick up my order.

I also too understood why this lady was getting mad about her food too when we first enter the establishment to get our order. When we left, there was still at least 5 delivery people waiting longer than we have for our food and probably those people will end up with the wrong food. We called to ask for a refund which should be easy with a mobile order and the manager Austin told me it’s not possible to make that refund and I’d have to come back to that location which first of all I already waited an hour for inedible food and then tell me I have to physically come back and have you remake my food. Why would I even eat there when I found hair in my food…

Im absolutely disgusted and appalled that a huge corporation like this would think this is acceptable let alone somewhere that serves food for a living…

Everytime we have gone here in the last 6 months we are always missing something from our order or something is made incorrectly, they don’t package correctly and are super rude at the window. Quite literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, don’t come here if you want your correct order

I don’t like the kiosk ordering system, it asks if you want dine in or to go – but everything is to go. It asks what kind of drink you want – but you need to ask for your self service cup. It asks a out hot sauce – but it’s self service. They are under staffed, most likely because staff is under paid. During the 40 – 45 minutes that I spent there the napkins were out the whole time and nobody ever came to wipe down a table or sweep the floor.
