Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande ($6.89) for my daughter, who only likes meat and cheese. I ordered it without beans, tomatoes, or sour cream.
Then I asked how to substitute the nacho cheese for shredded cheese (I was using the self-serve kiosk…).
The gentleman who works the window most often (SUPER nice anytime I’ve been here!!) told me I just have to say “no nacho cheese” and scroll down and “add shredded cheese” for .40 cents more.
I was a little annoyed I couldn’t just substitute, but I went ahead and just did it.
I get the order and noticed there’s all chips, barely any meat, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese (photo below).
I asked the gentleman why there’s barely any toppings, he asks the lady cooking, who tells him that’s how much meat comes on the nacho…
I ended up having it refunded because I’m not paying $7+ (cost of the shredded cheese added…) for a plate of chips, a sprinkle of cheese and 1 oz. of taco meat!
I’m disappointed because if you’re going to charge the same amount with 1 topping as you do with all the toppings, you should at least put on the customer’s money’s worth.
It wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t literally the tiniest amount of meat on top.
I guess I’m posting as a “buyer beware”.
I get it that people are sometimes ridiculous with their substitutions, but come on. You have to treat each case as an individual. This was just bad business.
I don’t know why so many people rated this location low, maybe they shouldn’t expect 5-Star dining at a fast food joint – as far as Taco Bell’s go, this is an A+.
I ordered a $3.59 crispy chicken cantina taco. This isn’t my first one. The soggy undercooked garbage I was served and told that ridiculous statement too, was atrocious.

Take some ownership and responsibility for your quality and work ethic. And tell your employees to stop lying outright.
I found actual hair in my food, my mobile order was messed up TWICE and still ended up with the wrong food when I came back home. The employees are out smoking weed in front of the building, I waited literally an hour for my food after the first mess up and when I went in to talk to someone about it, they tried to argue with me that I wasn’t the person who was trying to pick up my order.
I also too understood why this lady was getting mad about her food too when we first enter the establishment to get our order. When we left, there was still at least 5 delivery people waiting longer than we have for our food and probably those people will end up with the wrong food. We called to ask for a refund which should be easy with a mobile order and the manager Austin told me it’s not possible to make that refund and I’d have to come back to that location which first of all I already waited an hour for inedible food and then tell me I have to physically come back and have you remake my food. Why would I even eat there when I found hair in my food…
Im absolutely disgusted and appalled that a huge corporation like this would think this is acceptable let alone somewhere that serves food for a living…
