The review isn’t really about the food it’s about the condition of the restaurant. This is probably the most nasty , disgusting taco bel I have ever been in. It wasn’t busy at all , one crew member was just standing behind the counter talking not even working and I look around there is 4 drinks on the table out in the sitting area , food all over the tables and floor , nothing had been cleaned at all. With her not working you would think she could be cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do better

Giving 2 stars only because the chicken nuggets were good.
Was not impressed with the crunch wrap supreme. There was hardly any meat in them. We even paid extra for the steak. Each wrap had less than 1.5 ounces of steak in it and they were barely warm.
Burrito was as expected….nothing special.
We did not like using the kiosk. Takes too long and cant get items to “add” appropriately.
We will not be back to this place.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. It smelt like a mixture of dumpster and like a group of people didn’t shower for months! There was at least 6 employees working and 3 were standing around, when they could have been cleaning. I don’t think this place has honestly been cleaned like it should in a while. I see complaints from a ton of people in my town about how horrible it has gotten, I should have listened. This place used to be great. I don’t know what happened. With reading similar 1 star reviews lately, I really wonder why this has not been adressed or the place hasn’t been shut down.

Honestly disgusting. We came as a family to get something to eat, the grilled cheese burrito I usually get was half the size it’s supposed to be and not even cooked properly, when we brought it up to the workers they gave a ton of attitude and took the burrito from us; made a new one that still wasn’t even cooked properly. The steak burrito we got also only had 2 tiny pieces of steak in it and when brought up and questioned how many is supposed to be in them we were met with an insane amount of attitude. The kitchen was nasty, garbage bins were overflowing and while we were eating they ran out of staple ingredients for any items like rice.
They need a surprise food inspection.
The owners need to step it up and come see what is going on here.

I went there today to try their breakfast. I rolled up at 10:48.
The person asked me to please wait. She came back and asked me what I wanted to order. I asked if it is STILL breakfast. I could hear the hesitation when she said breakfast is for 10 more minutes. I was excited though. I ordered 1 quesadilla and 1 crunchwrap and a cinnabon coffee. I was shocked at my total, $16.66. I was also distracted. This number is also the last 4 of my son’s social securify number. So I did not complain.
Once I got home I realized she charged me for an extra quesadilla, with steak. Who cares? So delicious!! Everything was amazing. The steak is a super soft texture. The bacon is straight up delightful.

TD Taco Bell truly gives a bad rap to the fast food company. I’m a Taco Bell GIRL and I avoid this location because my order always ends up wrong and it takes forever on top of that!! Drive through took 20 minutes waiting at the window for my food and what it looked like was a bunch of kids goofing around and i didn’t dare say anything as i didn’t want my food to be spit in. The food was greasy. The staff was more focused on the drive thru than customers in the lobby. The kiosk didn’t give receipt. The staff was rudely talking about customers in Spanish not caring if the customers understood or not. Restrooms were dirty and toilet seat seemed broken. Tables were dirty. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

I dont recommend anyone go here. It somehow too 30 minutes for 2 bean burritos. I waited while the worker rudely finished her 10 minute conversation with her friend, to then be told I HAVE to order on their kiosk myself, that they at the front counter cant place my order for me. So I place my order on the kiosk and start waiting for my order to be called. 3 people that came in after me ordered and got their food before I received my small order. I had to ask them why I hadn’t received my food and they told me I “needed to pay still”. If they did their jobs and “helped (me) the customer” I would’ve been in and out in less than 10 minutes. Every worker was rude in our interactions to top it all off. Except the one new girl who was very nice, she didnt know what she was doing and her coworkers were very disrespectful when she was asking questions on how to operate the register. They also somehow “ran out of change to give me”

So this taco bell sucks. So many things wrong. The drive thru line was 25 min, I pay for my food and the dude at the window throws away my receipt with out even asking me if I want it. I wait 10 more min and they give me me food. None of it is what I orde it’s just smashed up burittos ozzong cheese and greasy as heck. Thanks for being crappy taco bell. There are tons of people waiting inside so it’s not even worth my time to go back inside and have them fix it. But it’s the dalles so what do yo expect for fast food. Just a waste of money, DONT GO HERE.
