If you take a chance at this location, be sure to verify every item down to the expected ingredients before you drive away. 100% of orders have errors. If you drive off first I guarantee that you will be disappointed at home.

I have held off on this review for years hoping it would improve. The food received is normally as expected for Taco Bell, but this location must be owned or managed incompetently. To me, the staff have usually been polite, apologetic and appear to be moving with purpose, but orders are slow. Constant long lines at the drive through.

Inevitably, there will then be some error with the order. I even tried online ordering. The first attempted online order was completely lost and, of course, l waited much longer than expected. The second attempt required about 45 minutes on-site to finally get everything. I even waited extra time before heading to the store.

The location is also frequently out of some necessary ingredients which will unexpectedly limit the menu choices. If one of my family members didn’t request this food occasionally, I would not bother with it. There is no other location within a 30 minute drive.

Took an hour to get our food the manager ignored his team struggling to get orders out in a timely fashion while he sat sitting at an office desk for 20 minutes and then disappearing into the bathroom for 20 minutes while customers waited over an hour to get orders. He heard people complaining and did nothing to help just disappeared and was useless while his team struggled to prepare orders in a timely fashion. Worst experience ever and worst most lazy management ever. Really disappointing watching a Manager not even care to help his team out not even care to help get orders out. And with the rising cost of everything in society, you think people would care because I’m not gonna keep putting money into a place that I get crappy service at when there’s plenty of other places to compete with and get better faster friendlier service at. This place has been misnamed for years and it keeps getting worse. You could just bulldoze it and put up a real restaurant With another customer’s comment last night I feel bad for the DoorDash drivers when they’re taking this long to get orders ready because there were two of them they’re waiting for orders and it’s money they’re losing and not able to make waiting on these “slow” fast food restaurants. Do better Taco Bell or rename yourself to Taco Hell because it was hell waiting an hour for an order yesterday and we weren’t the only ones. It’s sad when your customers are warning other customers about the lengthy wait times so that they’re not as disappointed or can go elsewhere and not get stuck like we did. Then to get food that was lukewarm and not even hot and fresh.

Just waited 25mins for my mobile order. After being patient I asked how long it will be to get my good. She replied 20-30more minutes. I said “can you just refund my order? I don’t have 1 hour to wait for fast food” she said I need to cancel it online through the “contact us” so I’m out $22.50

This is what happens when you ask Taco Bell while you were literally watching every single employee just standing there to kindly clean up the dining room because there’s a protest happening outside and there’s clearly dirty tables everywhere I was met with I did it an hour ago and then shitty food. The taco meat was like literally maybe a teaspoon tablespoon full at most on one end because I asked for a table to be cleaned. Taco Bell, you’re in desperate need of management at the Saint Helens location.

I have lived in Scappoose for 9 years. I understand Taco Bell has a reputation for having a high turnover rate, messed up food orders, and bad service. I’ve only had a messed up order once, given I only order 3 things max. Yes, the wait is long. I understand it’s frustrating. (I don’t mind waiting) But I have never ever had a worker be rude to me. I have only witnessed customers be rude to the workers and even myself. Today, I went in and ordered 3 small things for dine in. There were 3-4 people already waiting in the lobby. I expected a long wait, but it came out in about 10 minutes. This lady who was standing by the counter, waiting for her food, stared me down while I grabbed my food and walked back to my table. She continued to stare at me as I ate, then eventually looked away. I have witnessed so many customers being rude to workers, just staring at them with daggers while making food. No wonder there is a high turnover rate, some of these customers are rude and hostile. I feel for every worker at Taco Bell St. Helens. They are always kind to me and I have never witnessed any of them be rude to a customer.

On multiple occasions our mexi pizzas and even now the mini taco salads are completely inedible due to some issue with their deep fryer oil or something because they taste rancid and I’m really tired of wasting money. This has happened more than 10 times in the last 2 years. It just seems like it’s laziness or poor training on the line equipment and it’s excusable on a rare occasion but this is seeming a regular occurrence at this location.

Went through the Drive thru on 2/3/26 at 3:18pm. I ordered a number 6 Doritos locos tacos, 2 regular tacos, and a cinnamon twist. I made sure to repeat my order at the speaker box because it sounded like there was a misunderstanding with the guy taking our order. When I pulled up to the window, He didn’t ring up what I had ordered originally, so I checked in with him again and repeated my order. He repeated it back to me, and it was correct. When I went back home, I was disappointed to find that what I had ordered wasn’t in the bag. The family said it he food tasted really bad, and the cinnamon twists that we got cinnamon at least… both me, and my partner thought they tasted weird, as if they fried them in rancid oil, which we’ve had a problem in the past with them as well…

We all know this location had a reputation for being horrible. Service, time, and orders are always jacked up and nasty.
Every once in a while you’re like.Hmm, i’m gonna try it well.Tonight was probably the top two worst times i’ve ever eaten here. Even the bean burritos were pretty much tortilla, crunchwrap didn’t have anything but meet in a tortilla.I don’t know why.But this place has gone downhill.Even compared to it’s already crappy reputation.I didn’t think it could get any worse. I do have some pictures, but I am not exaggerating when I say that basically got tortillas.

I got a table inside. The food was dismal. It was very cold in the restaurant, and I had coat on. The chips and cheese sauce tasted like it had chemicals in them. The crispy taco was good in my Supreme Lux box. The chicken taco shell seemed wet. The floor looked bad and like it hadn’t been swept/mopped in a day or two. Chairs were in random positions. Tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped in a while. If I hadn’t paid with my card, i would have left and gone somewhere else.

I ordered 4 items and not one of them was prepared as ordered. I paid for nacho cheese that I didn’t get. I ordered two burritos that normally have sour cream on them and they didn’t have any. It took an hour to get the order. This is definitely the last time we order from here.
