Back Here again! Not sure if this Taco Bell is franchised owned but I swear.. whatever they’re doing is just like OG Taco Bell. Every other place that has the loaded potato grilled does not make it right.
Too much of that sauce a makes it acidic. And the burrito is a burrito not a griller.

Would give the food 0 star if I could. I understand it’s fast food. But this is ridiculous. Ordered the steak and poblano special item, and this is the amount of peppers they put in one quesadilla, teach your employees proper serving size taco bell this is not ok might as well hand me the entire can of poblano through the drive through. I’m fuming. Fast food or not, people pay for these meals and expect it to be edible. then you get home and can’t even eat the food, no point in going back and wasting the gas or time either. Sad part is they won’t even care they’ll more than likely use an automated response to this review.

I think the problem starts with having someone who doesn’t speak good English run the drive-thru..
However, the manager did fix my order and compensate me the last time so I guess that’s a plus..

I’m sorry to rate any place badly, but this Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong a solid 90% of the time. It’s starting to get old. I paid almost 5 bucks extra for a supreme taco with added toppings and got a regular taco without any of the toppings I requested. Thanks, guys.

Ordered the new beefy nachos ($3) and chicken enchilada burrito ($3). Nachos were excellent with the red sauce mixed in with the sour cream and guacamole! Chicken enchilada burrito was also delicious (a little smaller) but still good for the price. Red sauce made both dishes awesome and will definitely be back for both!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went inside so I could customize my Lux Box order exactly the way I wanted even if I had to pay extra. First after I got back to work I didn’t get any cheese for my chips and nachos cheese. Then found that nothing I had paid extra for was added then the things I asked to be removed were still there. They didn’t even try. They just left everything the same. This is Taco Bell how hard can this job be. It was even crowded. There was literally only two other people including my daughter who I came with.

I went through the drive through and ordered a cantina chicken crispy taco. On screen it said something about a chicken taco but its all abbreviated so I assume its correct. I pull around in the parking lot to check the food and its their new chicken strip taco. So I went inside and ordered it again and I got the cantina chicken soft taco. Again not what I ordered! It was the same employee who took my order both times too. I thought maybe the speaking was broken but its just stupidity.

This is by far the worst location I have been to in the Portland area for Taco Bell. The females that work at night time they are extremely rude. They talk smack about everybody in Spanish. They think that just because the white customers are white, we don’t understand what they’re saying they should be really mindful, but you know maybe some people retained the Spanish they learned in high school or educated and understand a second language so I don’t appreciate being talked about and belittled by a bunch of teenagers working out a fast food place.

every time we go here something is wrong. this time is our last time at this location. our food was completely squished and stuck to the bottom of the bag. it wasn’t even able to be eaten because of how squished it was. the other half of our food wasn’t even warmed up, completely cold and nothing was melted. what a horrible experience.

Taco Bell here is shit we got a drink and more food of the app and the drinks and shit ain’t working lost out on 3$ they couldn’t even give us a freeze that I can pull the lever and pour some out but no they refused no refund cuz it was off the app the best the could do when u complain through the app is 10$ off next order like do better taco bell so now I have to eat my food with no drink my favorite drink is the baha blast and don’t get it often.
