This location seems to have a lot of training issues. They consistently screw up orders, leave out items or put wrong items on your order. Food quality is VERY inconsistent depending on who is working that day it feels like 70% of the employees do not give a crap about what they are doing.

Employees simply do not care about your order. I made an order from the app, but the drive through side had a line onto the street (more than 10 cars), so I decided to pick up in the store. There were two people ahead of me, and after me there were six more that came afterwards. Everyone got their order, and in total I waited 25 minutes. So I asked them what happened to my order. It was sitting on the shelf for at least 15 minutes. They made no effort to call the name or order number. I used to eat there at least once a week, since there is no Taco Bell in Vietnam, but stopped since they shut down for renovations last year. This was the first time I went back, and it was the last. Even though they improved the physical store and environment, they left behind the most important thing: CUSTOMER SERVICE. You just lost a customer of over 30 years.

Wow. First time I’ve gotten nachos without chips. If they have a chance they will absolutely screw you over at the drive through. Great work kids. $12 nachos bell grande with the meat on the side everyone.

Every single time we order delivery we are missing items. Sometimes even whole meals +. It got to the point that we had to start ordering extra food “just in case”. If they’re out of a specialty or limited time item, the app still lets you order it and instead of letting us know it’s not available and refunding or giving us the chance to choose replacements the restaurant just lets us be surprised at home when we open the bag and I have to file a claim for a refund myself. If the Taco Bell app would give us the ability to choose our delivery location we would choose to order from someplace farther away rather than keep crossing our fingers for this one.

The guy with the locs working the front on New Year’s Day around 7:45PM was absolutely killing it! He welcomed everyone, kept things stocked and clean, and handled a busy rush of pickup orders like a pro. His positive attitude was contagious—you couldn’t help but smile, and it honestly made the food taste even better. Give that man a raise!

Service was a complete fail. Cashier Sharon G, was completely rude no customer service and very poor communication. The food we received was cold and the tomatoes were sour. When we drove back to notify them that Sharon was not helpful and this place is horrible.

ordered through door dash— in the picture the chicken looked real good so we ordered it! when i opened it, it looked nothing like the picture was not worth the price ($8.99) — in comparison to the dipping cup that’s how small the chicken was flavor/taste of chicken was ok, but taking into consideration all aspects (appearance/taste/price) i would not be ordering this again!
just got door dashed my taco bell— nothing against the dasher because when they pickup the items it’s already sealed but.. it clearly says 5 hot sauce, 5 diablo and 5 fire sauce— bummer it wasn’t put inside the bag (by taco bell) ♀️ not the end of the world but still it would’ve tasted better with it!

the past four times i’ve ordered, i’m missing food. it’s always the things i pay extra for too! and when trying to talk to staff about it i get “double check your food” or “sorry, i can’t do anything about that”. once or twice is ok, but almost every time i’ve been in the past two months? y’all need to double check your orders and make sure everything’s inside. y’all also need to work on presentation and making the proper food. my burritos shouldn’t be 2 inches long.
