It’s a beautiful place to sit down and have a meal. The drive-thru is a little tight though. The bathroom is nice and clean. The people are awesome and the wait time isn’t bad either. It is wheel chair friendly, the kids love to hang out and chat, especially after school, and you can mix what you want in your meal. It’s an ideal place to stop in and have a meal. The parking is a little tight too because they also share with other businesses, but if you don’t mind a 2 minute walk there are ample parking right across the street as well.

So I mean thus place is obviously great for fast food, but to be honest the service SUCKS, they always mess up my order. One time I asked for extra sauce and they gave me like 10 quesadillas instead, FOR FREE. Personally I think they did that cause they felt bad for making me repeat my order over 5 times before they got it right, by the end I was just asking for like half of my original order lol. But seriously the food is good,(when they get it right) but the service seriously sucks.

Went through the drive through and it was super quick! Food was delicious and accurate. Parking lot was clean and felt safe to eat in your car. Good quick cheap bite before heading to Ka’ena Point.

Back for a visit with my parents, and got to go to this location. I was impressed that they got the order correct, AND wrote on the wrappers what each item was, so we knew who got what. I hate having to unwrap things to see who gets what! (We all add or take away something to our food.) I live in Louisiana now, and never have seen service like this! (They need to take notes from their Hawaii people!) Very happy!!! Much Mahalo!!

This Waianae Taco Bell is a great place for food and entertainment if you use the Drive Though Window. I don’t know what Yolanda does but she has that Aloha Spirit in her Blood and it’s very amusing to us to see and hear her little funny unique 1 liner remarks that makes us laugh!
