Wow! Kalua pork plate lunch is like a luau in Mexico! Delicious, fresh ingredients and they pile on the smoky pork! Yum! Excellent customer service at the drive thru, efficiently friendly. Clean ambiance. The Mexican rice combined with the pork and fresh guacamole salad fixin’s, sour cream galore! Loved EVERY BITE!

I wanna start this review by giving Savanah a massive shout out. The best customer service and so professional our order got sent to Honolulu because of the new app update and without any question she went ahead and just made our order anyway because we would’ve lost the order and had to pay double. This is the kind of customer service that should make someone a manager someday. We understand it was our fault, but she understands. It was a small order and it would suck to have to repay for it again, so she without any question took care of it for us.

Obviously Taco Bell is not fine dining. I enjoy some fine dining!
But as far as fast food goes, it don’t GET no betta! The food is consistently good and always looks and tastes very fresh. AND in this time of a fast food burger meal costing upwards of of $17, it’s pretty darn reasonable!

We grabbed Kate dinner at the Taco Bell in Lihue after 9pm when in town for vacation. As it was late, there was a huge line for drive in. Food was in par with the standards to other states of US but the prices are on litle higher side. We ordered caliente chicken bowl, steak quesadilla and nacho fries.

Food and Atmosphere is amazing. The service though is awful for Mobile Orders.
The last few times I placed my mobile orders through the app I had to come in to check in. This defeats the purpose of ASAP Mobile Orders. A option to make your order right away.
Edit: They now have excellent Service. Don’t have to call all the time for my food to be made.

It’s Taco Bell. Food is always as expected and fresh. Service is friendly. The restaurant is always clean. My only complaint is that the AC is too cold. I always bring a long sleeve shirt or a sweatshirt.

Let me tell you about this Taco Bell. Came twice on vacation. First time was great. Great! Soda machine was down, but there can’t be that many Pepsi guys to fix it on the island. They forgot something in my order, but fixed it right away. Next time the power went out. Sucks but that’s life.
