While waiting for my dermatology appointment I decided to run in and get a coffee and use the restroom.
I ordered a hot coffee (Cinnabon flavored) to go. The male employee was very nice but I noticed the manager ( or another employee) yelling at him. Not cool!
Clean inside with inside seating. It’s always quick and easy at Taco Bell!

Hello everyone, I want to issue a serious public warning about this Taco Bell that is currently operating under unsanitary and potentially dangerous conditions.
• food has prepared by individuals with open wounds on their hands without proper protection.
•the general cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas is severely lacking, putting customers at risk.
As you can see in the picture manger Michelle is on the phone while making food. Mind you that phone is disgusting and touched by cashiers who handle cash which can lead to cross contamination. If you care about your health I would suggest to not eat here.

I visited this Taco Bell during a really busy time—the place was packed and the drive-thru line was long. Despite how full it was, the manager and staff were working extremely hard and kept everything moving. You could tell they were doing their best, and they still managed to get everyone served pretty quickly considering the number of orders they had. I was really impressed with how well they handled the rush. Great teamwork and great service!

The 5 stars honestly ALL go to him alone, he was so friendly as soon as we opened the door he welcomed us, helped us with our order, recommended stuff we ended up buying, he was so patient and accommodating. He also apologized for his rude coworkers and took care of us when we had the issues I’ll explain below. Carlos, you are a gem and deserve a promotion at a better establishment. I hope you are appreciated at your job.
PROS: fresh food, packaged well, delicious, and clean place.
CONS: TERRIBLE accuracy and customer service FROM THE FOOD HANDLERS. They are rude and get orders wrong all the time. This time they conveniently forgot the most expensive item we ordered. I definitely wanted my missing item because it was the only item I was gonna eat and it was expensive. The food handlers were so rude and said they did not forget it but I told them to look at my food because it was clearly missing, but they didn’t look and just begrudgingly gave me my missing item. I give them credit for preparing the food fresh and well but their customer service and accuracy was TERRIBLE. If it wasn’t for Carlos, I don’t think they would’ve fixed the issue so thank you, Carlos, YOU get all 5 stars!

i always come here with my brother in the drive thru. food is always good never had problems with it. love getting stuff from the dollar menu, and employees are always nice and hardworking. keep it up

Stopped by taco bell in yuba city on bridge street, was having one of those days . The employee Angel, working the drive thru was so nice and pleasant. Excellent customer service. Very nice to be greeted and helped by someone with a smile & a great attitude.

I haven’t done a food review in a while… but I tried the new Flamin’ hot burrito deluxe box and I was pleasantly surprised. It had the kick I like in a burrito, Bravo
I was also impressed with the service… friendly atmosphere and speedy meal prep. ☺️
