I’m often missing items or not fulfilling customizations. There needs to be more attention to detail when bagging. This is a constant issue. They also permanently do not have sausage. For months they’ve been saying that they haven’t received any shipments of sausage.

Update: The drive-thru sucks. Not cause of service but because the engineer who designed the oarking lot sucks. And because of that, we can’t see the menu because they have a guy outside under an umbrella with only the basic menu. When you ask about new items they get annoyed at you. This place is sadly a hit or miss. I don’t want to single out anyone specifically, but when I see certain people working the drive-thru, I know the food is gonna suck or the order is gonna be wrong. The food flavor doesn’t suck necessarily. It’s the fact that they did nothing in regards to the presentation or, like, they just threw a burrito together too fast, and it’s just a mess. It doesn’t matter if it’s slow or busy. The right people there are what matters. Also, the parking lot is a pain. The fact they block part of it off and then send a person out there to take your order, and you can only see part of the menu because the one the person has is worn out. Additionally, any new items are not on that menu.

Not the cleanest seating area, but the best staff. These guys are a delight and I watched them on two occasions go above and beyond to make sure the orders were perfect for their customers.

i absolutely LOVEE this taco bell. the food is amazing but the workers are the best part <3 so kind, so personable, they make me want to keep coming back. run by good honest management who is always willing to fix mistakes and go above and beyond to make things right. highly recommend !!!!

Horrible service, order completely wrong, food was ice cold, took 35 minutes to receive wrong order. The Home boys cooking were rude and used profanity when we confronted the wrong order. Throwing food all over, there was cinnamon twists all over the food line in the lettuce bins ect. Manager was nice and refunded our money. Nasty work environment, good way to get sick. Do not go here at all costs.
