While going through the drive thru, it was very difficult to understand the person talking through the speaker. When I asked him to repeat my order, he refused in a nasty tone of voice. I asked him again and he said, “No, I don’t have time for this. ” Needless to say, we left and went to McDonalds instead.

Wow who hires these people! Rude we order 3 milks and order the limited fries and pay. Get called to counter with we dont have all the ingredients for those fries. Oh, and we dont have milk, never had milk, we dont carry milk. I asked why did I have the option to order and then pay? “I don’t know” ok well are you going to refund for the milk “well umm you can have Orange juice or soda” We didn’t want that can we just have water and get a refund? “We are the busiest location we are really busy” there is only 1 other person in the restaurant. All I have to say is really poor service and a bad attitude.

Literally repeated myself at minimum 8 times in the drive thru, caused a line to accumulate, what’s so hard? I ordered one classic box, also forgot my drink but I have to get back to work. Is it really that difficult?

If I could give less than one star I would. Consistently I try to come
Back here because they are the closest to my house but they always “have to close” and they never have a reason why but I can see 2 workers inside and the manager outside.

Don’t count on them for food lol.
Choose any other Taco Bell.

Update. I went back when they were open and they put cheese on 2 burritos I asked for none on & he rushed me through my entire order. If you’re gunna try and be fast at least come correct. A waste of my time and my money. I hate this location. It’s officially my last time there. Zero benefit of the doubt to be given they are terrible service and quality.

Awful! And that’s putting it quite nicely to be honest! I have been here quite a few times and the reason is because I really like Taco Bell.. But unfortunately I have had a bad experience just about every time. This last time in particular my husband and I both ordered 5$ box’s and this pic is how my cheesy gordita crunch looked like.. Sad, wimpy and pitiful. When he complained about the quantity we both received on the entire box’s we ordered (not just the cheesy gordita crunch’s were wimpy) they happily exchanged his taco, but however rejected mine and returned my wimpy pathetic taco while regretting to inform me that there was nothing they could do for me. 🙁

It’s posted closing soon!! No wonder thus place has many 1☆ reviews! I asked for a manager and told her it’s her job as a “Manager” to make sure all timings are accurate. It shows here closing soon why are u telling me u are closed. She claims it’s posted wrong! Then tells me to call corporate and make a complain!!

You are the manager , why are u asking me to do your job! Complain to your senior/boss and fix this problem!! If u don’t like your job go do something you like. There’s many opportunities.

Bro, this is the second time we ordered the box set and it’s missing a chip!
And the boxes were taped shut (pick up at drive thru) and we didn’t know until we arrived home and ready to eat. I don’t know if you’re hiding the missing food or what but please always make sure customers get what they ordered! It’s too much work to have to go back and asked for the missing items which we didn’t bother to do.
