Went through here to pick up some food for my brother who’s fresh out of the hospital after going through 2 months of hell with his cancer treatment to get him his first taco bell meal of 2026 and they shorted us not our food but the food we ordered for him! Remember when chicken chalupa meal #7 was cheap? Well doing super pricey. The ingredients didn’t change. Economy didn’t increase cost of . But taco bell did bump up price. It doesn’t fill me up. Its tasty n fresh but still doesn’t fill me up.

I ordered online my food was literally all made wrong. I paid for modifications and took off tomato’s etc. none of it was right. I did not get any hot sauce that I paid for online and both of my drinks were not given to the dasher. I called kai he said I could come in tomorrow for a refund so I came in and they told me I could not get a refund in store. Terrible service. Not sure how to get my money back now.

Everything went well, service was fast, food was good, my only constructive comment is to NOT WASTE hot sauces. I ordered 1 two item meal and received 20 packets and used 3. Management, your people are throwing money out the drive through window.
