I had the number 4. I got a Regular Taco ( it was good), Crunchwrap (didn’t taste good, very off, tomatoes tasted old and I didn’t finish it) and a drink. I was still hungry. It was my last meal and My stomach didn’t feel good after a hour or so. It turn all night and I’ll save the rest of the details. But I think I’m done with Taco Bell in California. At least Sacromento lol.

There was no one in line in the drive thru, so getting our food was quick. The new automated system seemed to work fine at this location. I’ve had issues with it messing up my order at other locations. My complaint about this Taco Bell is that we forgot to order something, and the girl at the window wouldn’t allow us to order at the window. There was no one in line behind us, and she basically told us we had to go back through or go inside. Seems lazy and it’s poor customer service. They were also very stingy with sauce packets.

The new automated ordering in drive through didn’t understand special orders or adjustments to meals. I. Asked for a different size drink on the meal and it just added another drink. I like the human interaction. This doesn’t make it easy because humans still have to fix the order after. Big fail

I like Taco Bell, it’s basic and hard to mess up the food. The employees are really nice to the disabled individuals I work with. They unfortunately have a lot of homeless population to deal with but they handle it really well. I saw an interaction where a homeless woman was being really aggressive and the young employees working here really did a fantastic job of staying calm, attempting to de-escalate and getting her out.

The service is surprisingly fast, but it makes sense since the food isn’t that good, and yall don’t put enough into your crunchwraps, feels like I’m just eating the wrap instead of the actual ingredients inside of it.

Only thing negative about Taco Bell is the App.

No one to take your order, freeze machine never works and your food is cold when you get it. They were all running around playing tag. So unprofessional worst part is you have to warm up your stuff in the microwave . Worst Taco Bell I ever been too.

My friend and I went here multiple nights in a row the past week around 10-12 at night. Food was always perfect and the wait was never long (less than 5 mins)!! I felt soo spoiled. I was visiting the area for Aftershock and Goldensky Festival and let me tell you my Taco Bell in eureka ca has waits about an hour long around that time and the staff is never as nice as your staff here! Thank you for taking such good care of us!!
