I usually don’t go to drive-through, but I was in a rush, They give me the wrong food Then I had to go inside and ask the manager to help me. She didn’t even ask me a question. She made the food right away and apologized with a smile and I was really happy. I think that was the best customer service I ever had and Taco Bell or fast food.

I went there as a dasher last night and they were so rude . I went there to pick up my 2 orders . They asked me to spin around because orders were not ready and i agreed . They gave me one order and for second order they said me to go around again . And my like why should i go back again and stand behind 2 cars . In response they said me to cancel the order or move around. They behaved with me in a very inappropriate manner . There were two employees and its around 111:00 pm , jan 10

This location is terrible with the exception of one employee. He is light skin and he has what looks like very long locs But he wears a net so it’s all wrapped up so you probably wouldn’t notice. He has very great customer service like very good. He was working there last week. I’m not sure if he works there or if he just was filling in from another Taco Bell but he’s great. His attitude is amazing. He told us to have a “Baja blast” as in a great day. He has the type of customer service that makes you look forward to going there. I hope he’s doing amazing, he will do amazing in the future of whatever he chooses to do. But everybody else is terrible. They don’t enjoy their job. If you place a pick up order at 6:30 and you leave to go pick it up at 6:50, It still will not be done. They won’t start making it until you get there more than likely, even if you give them all the time in the world. What’s the point of placing a pick up order if it’s not gonna be done ten to 15 minutes then when you go pick it up? And I’m a very understanding person but sometimes they just don’t care.

Really good food and simple, no frills service! As always. However, something that really stuck out to me about this Taco Bell is that when I asked for a couple of hot sauce packets, I got 23 intsead (I counted). If you love hot sauce but don’t wanna try finding at Walmart, there’s always this Taco Bell in particular, where you can ask for any number of packets, and you’ll get a bonus 20

I just wanted to say that I was served by a young man named Treyvon and he was exceptional. It is not often that you receive 5 start service at a fast food restaurant. I did on that day in April.

I hate to post this, but I think everybody should be aware went in there at 10:30 to go get a late dinner ordered the burrito supreme and there was a finger nail not an acrylic an actual nail inside of my burrito. I am above disgusted. and not just that we ordered or cinnamon puffs and they were still frozen when they gave them to us. Management for the night shift should definitely be more accountable. Serv safe for food making sure that staff is wearing gloves. Will definitely be calling corporate.

I ordered through the app and part of my order, 2 tacos, got deleted somehow. I asked to add it back on and they made me drive back around. My 6 year old got her tacos but that taco bell lost a customer forever. I got home and my nachos had exactly 5 chips. They were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Terrible.
