Despite all these reviews I didnt have any bad experience here, went with my gf and got 2 cravings boxes (although it does somewhat seem a rip off at this location they’re a dollar more than other locations around the area) but the food was good enough and the place was quiet and nice inside, very clean. The workers seemed fine and I didnt have any issues with them, they also had their soda fountain working which it seems is a rarity these days because somehow every soda fountain in the Sacramento area is “out of order”. This location didnt have the chicken chipotle melt though, and that was a let down.

Awesome Deluxe Cravings Box Deal! It’s only 7.99, but I modified everything and it was $13 how I like it good! I wish all deluxe cravings box deals were steak Chulupa instead of ground beef because I can’t modify that part of the order on the self selection kiosk menus. Thank you Taco Bell! Today my visit was great the bathrooms were clean and available for use, the lobby was very clean but no hand sanitizer in the container, plenty of great spots to sit at. My food came fairly quickly and was delicious and the price was perfect!

A vibing place, is the best way I could describe this Taco Bell. It’s not your steakhouse fine dining experience of course, but i’d consider this place one of the most clean and just overall well kept fast food places i’ve gone to in the past few years of my life. Super chill and kind workers, took my order and had the food ready in nothing more than 2 minutes at MOST. I hate writing reviews, so legit just kinda take this as how vibing this place is.

This place always makes the food like the photo. They are mostly empty with majority lettuce and not worth my gas to drive all the way back just to get my food made again and hoping the correct way. It’s just sad because steak chalupa are so dam expensive and this is just not exceptable staff are friendly drive thru was fast and the meal was correct just need to fix portions

They always serve old or recooked potatoes. terrible. They will only half fill the container with nacho fries. Burritos are very skippy considering how much they charge. On more than one Occasion I have driven to a further Taco Bell Because I get so tired of trying to gnaw thru old Reheated potatoes.

Horrible service, rude shift leader, (short fat guy) all food served with smallest portions and is not as good as before 10 months ago, nice new look but crew is clueless when it comes to making orders and customer service. Since it’s a #franchise they don’t serve my favorite all time #ShreddedChickenRiceBurrito only the #ShreddedChickenBurrito thumbs down been here several times in the past week same bad food, bad Service.
