Everything about this place is awful. The staff not acknowledging you when you walk in. You have to beg for your food because priority stands with the drive through. Do yourself a favor and skip this joint all together! If you do happen to go in hopefully yoyo boy is there to entertain you in the lobby.
Update: If I could give this Taco Bell negative stars I would! 30 mins in drive through with several people working is ridiculous!!!!
Further Update: They just don’t care, went to pickup my order. One of the team members asked another about the order I’m picking up stating “there’s a pickup”, that person yelling “of course there is!”

Do not go here unless you have a lifetime to waist. I just dont understand how it can take so long. Multiple times I have waited 20+mins in the drive through when it doesnt even look busy. This time I saw a long line so I decided to go inside instead. Close to 30 minutes I was waiting for my 2 little tacos. The staff in the kitchen seemed to be busy putting orders together as quick as they could. Maybe they are under staffed or just not setup for success. Then you have non-existent front of house staff, what a horrible business move. No staff approaches the counter & there is no one at the register. Needless to say I witnessed customers walk out because the kiosk was down & the staff wouldnt help her. After a crowd of people formed someone finally came to help but many of us had already been there for 20 minutes after placing our order at the kiosk. I have been to taco bells across the country & never seen these kind of wait times & such a low level of customer engagement. The food is decent, but as far as I can tell there is just 1 guy back there making it as fast as he can.

After 20 minutes of waiting, we received out to go order. Our mistake for not checking before leaving, but we were missing several items, items in our individual boxes were mixed up, and 2 of our burritos didn’t have beans.
Yeah, straight up just missing the beans. They made our burritos but forgot the beans entirely. I don’t even know how you fold a burrito and not notice the fact that it’s stone cold because there’s no beans.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was the only saving grace.

I have eaten here many times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here I get the up most attitude! I am not usually a complainer when it comes to service because I’m shy BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, the audacity of these workers attitude. For example when going up to order you have 2 options the tablet or going up the counter, (THIS PLACE WAS NOT BUSY!) me and my boyfriend ordered or super stale and cold lux box and wanted sauce, WE WAITED 10 MINUTES CALLING THE WORKERS OVER AND OVER AGAIN JUST FOR SOME SAUCE! ( we were polite) BUT 10 MINUTES IS OUTRAGEOUS! Also the food here is no good, they don’t fill up the drinks all the way, the food is constantly stale. DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL! ( also the last straw was this Baja blast that I ordered in a large but they said I that this was the large but I’m not sure but STILL! IM DONE WHEN I CHECKED WITH THE LADY, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME AND SAID “That is large ” as if it was the most difficult question.

It was a good experience. I would recommend going to this location. They want the customer to be happy with their order. I went to the drive thru and I ordered a side of rice. When I arrived at home I opened my bag and noticed that my side of rice was about a teaspoon in a container. I called the store and told a male on the phone that I paid $2.84 for the side of rice and that it was only about a teaspoon of it. He said sorry and took down my name. He assured me that I can come by and get a replacement. I said thank you but it was out of my way to get it.
