Stopped off on a work trip ordered from mobile app went inside to confirm adress staff confirmed yes but after waiting for food was told it was the wrong address frustrating that communication was impossible was told staff member who confirmed didn’t speak English however their response should have been no or no English or I don’t know not yes to something they didn’t understand. Went threw the drive threw tonight got some crunchy tacos and a burrito. Well half my taco shells were broken to the point I could not even eat a taco with out a fork. The second was they were so soggy and dripping that the couple tacos that were in one piece was so soggy that the bottoms had fallen out and was drippy. The burrito… thought it was safe but no it was so wet from watered down meat that it was the messiest I have ever gotten. They want to charge good money for poor food.

The service I received was unhelpful and extremely rude. In particular, Mike (who was answering the phone 7:30p Tuesday 8/19 the phone at that location) was dismissive and unprofessional. It is disappointing to see how much the quality of customer service has declined there.

This taco bell has worst service, i was there for order pickup and employee told me to wait in the parking ,he ll bring my order out to my car. I wait for 25 minutes and i go again thru drive thru and told me samething.but nobody came out with my order. I never see any taco bell that worst service like that. I experienced very bad service Everytime from this restaurant. i want to give them negative rating for their service.

The service is non-existent. If you have a mobile order and want to check in you can forget about it as every employee will actively ignore your presence.
Also, this is one of the few locations that does not offer online exclusives. Skip this location and go to a Taco Bell that actually has decent deals available.
