OK, food was not so fresh.
Lobby was dirty, there really was only 4 tables to sit at.
Kiosk is awesome when they work, this one works fine but giving excuses to clean.

The ai machine got our order wrong, and we were too tired to notice—which is our fault. But the customer service was absolutely awful—coming from a teenager that works in the food industry. Tried to come off nice to the employee, but she continued to be rude, even said “Thank you, sorry about that!” And was blankly stared at, I get it, it’s annoying but it’s your job. If you hate it so much maybe don’t work there. So rude, that I feel like they could’ve spit in my food. You’re 30 working at a fast food joint, I promise: nothing is that serious. Why does a 16 year old have a better customer service than somebody that looks 30.

I called to let them know I had door dashed and wanted to make sure they had my order. She told me they were short staffed and I should cancel my order. I questioned her and said, “ you want me to cancel my order”? She said yes, it will be at least 30 min.

Worst chalupa shell I have ever been served, this store should be ashamed of serving an inedible item like that. I know better than to go there close to closing time so this was a shocker to eat such a terrible thing at dinnertime. The drive thru automation is still annoying.

Where do I start? I ordered a large fry, they charged me for a large fry but I got a regular sized fry. I requested no onions on my burritos but they had onions, and I ordered 8 sauce packets and got ZERO! Very disappointed, I expected at least a tiny bit of effort.

Honestly go somewhere else. You know the food, it’s taco bell. It’s great for what it is, but the service at this place is abysmal. Came in at ten, we were refused service even though the drive through was open and we walked in the door. Manager refused to take order even though we were inside.

Arrived at about 11pm. The machine taking orders does not hear correctly or at all at times. After the machine says they will get someone to take my order, I sit for 10-15 minutes. A line of cars now forms behind me, so I courteously move forward to the window to order. The guy smiles at me as he claims he tried to talk to me the whole time.. for 10+ minutes… and then refused to take any orders saying I needed to get back in line. Never have I had this issue. As I drive away, I brake to hear him say he’d spit … something but I’m already driving away. Hard pass Taco Bell. Damn. Ernesto the “General Manager”
