There are two lobby restrooms here. But, despite in the past this not being the case, they have now decided to designate one of them as employee-only.

Today, I arrived at the Taco Bell and purchased food with the goal of using a restroom. But one was occupied, and proceeded to be occupied for the next half-hour.

A line formed of people needing this bathroom, and both paying customers and employees wanted us to use this other bathroom, but management would not allow for it.

I’m not mad at the lady in the locked bathroom. She sounded like she was scrubbing away and taking a bath in there, who knows what unfortunate thing happened… But this is why we have two bathrooms. One man had the unfortunate issue of finally defecating himself and had to flee. This customer service was extremely unacceptable, it’s unsanitary, and it is inhumane. You don’t get to have executive bathrooms behind ivory towers here. You just don’t want to clean two in case someone who goes there is less than kind.

But that’s your job. I know because I worked this Taco Bell job for years.

They also got my order wrong (I very specifically and carefully chose two cheesy double-beef burritos using their machine), but they wouldn’t refund or replace. I’m not entirely sure the mishap was their mistake, the machine seemed to glitch out, and maybe this is just what we get for using these machines now rather than people, but refusing to replace is wild. They’re comparable prices and I’d pay any difference.

I’m deeply disappointed and frankly appalled by the experience my wife endured at this Taco Bell location. Without evidence, she was wrongly accused of writing a negative review. Despite clarifying she did not, and even offering identification, both the staff and the manager aggressively insisted she was lying. Instead of seeking any resolution, the manager went as far as confronting her with belittling comments about why she would eat there. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also hostile, creating an atmosphere where my wife—simply trying to get food for our special needs son—was made to feel bullied.

Even after this incident, when I tried to address it calmly with the manager afterward, she refused to provide any accountability—refusing even a corporate contact and eventually hanging up on me. This series of actions—disbelief, public confrontation, and lack of professionalism—was completely out of line. Thankfully, I’ve escalated this to corporate, who will investigate with the camera footage. I expect a resolution and hope no other customer will be subjected to such treatment.

Fast food that tastes horrid and there service is the same. Screwed up orders which I placed. You can get real Mexican food for about the same price with better service. My experience was just plain bad and I will not be coming back. The food is not that good either and real Mexican food is about the same price instead of this tex-mex crap.

I didn’t know there’s a Taco Bell on Stony Point until Calamity Clambanger the lead singer with the Box Lickers told me about the street tacos they put out. I talked to her in Monte Rio last weekend where they just wrapped up a 2 week gig at the Rainbow Cattle Company where she debuted their new single, The Twitchy Tongue…it was a huge success…But not as huge as the street tacos from the Taco Bell on Stony Point.

I only came in because I had a coupon code and was ignored for 10 minutes before someone finally came over and got our order wrong anyway. They don’t have any napkins or sauce for you to grab on your own, the soda machine was mislabeled and there were cobwebs hanging from the iced tea dispenser.

They have 6 EV chargers right outside and such an opportunity to drive business. Couldn’t get a single person’s attention, though they were looking right at me. Finally got someone to help, but the exceptionally rude manager who told me the key code for the bathroom was on the wall, though I told her it didn’t work. She tried it herself and said “it’s locked because you put the wrong code in too many times” and walked away. I put the code that was on the wall in twice. RUDE!

Worst and slowest service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!I literally made a doordash pick up order and it said it was ready to be picked up at 6:50om. I waited for one of the employees to realize that I was waiting for my order in the pick up line but they ignored me 3 times and served 2 other people before me that made those orders in the store on the touch screen computer thing. One of the customers asked why he is getting his before me since he saw me waiting in line with him. I was in the lobby waiting from 6:50pm until 7:36pm. I will never ever return back to this location ever again. Even if it’s a drive thru order this time.

My order was not what I ordered tried calling 2 days 8 different times no answer. Payed way to much for some regular tacos I didn’t order. Have been in contact with corporate regarding this.
Went to the store since they never got back to me as they told corporate they did and they refused to help me. Couple of them were rude. Told me I should have called (I did many times never an answer) then when I said I did I have call logs she said ” the phone no work” , yeah you think. Worst TB ever. I will NEVER RETURN. RIP OFF AND SCREW UPS.
