Poor customer service. I arrived to pick up my order and let an employee know I was there. They told another team member, who looked right at me but continued working without acknowledging me. I waited nearly five minutes before having to flag someone down again just to get my food. The order was at least carefully packed and reasonably made, but the lack of basic courtesy really soured the experience.

I have been to this location numerous times and I always give it another chance after having bad experiences foolishly thinking that it must be an isolated incident. I have been served on multiple occasions, burritos of widely disparate sizes, often missing ingredients. (Today I received the world’s smallest grilled cheese burrito sans grilled cheese. See attached photo). Other items are often similarly incorrect or made without care.

These are all the same burrito but each one is a different size and all of them are poorly wrapped and wrapped on the wrong side, the tortilla stuck to the wrapper, in the same order they used the last of the 3 cheese for the chalupa we had but didn’t bother restocking it for the chipotle chicken melt and used just regular cheddar, this store has no care for the customer, especially when it comes to delivery, I’ve had several orders from this store doordashed to my home only to receive half my order, the wrong order, no sauces (even when ordered) and no napkins, soda flat or not restocked (soda water,) these employees need to be restructured and retrained

You know it’s not good for you but you’re going to stuff those 3000 calories of melted plastic they call nacho cheese sauce down your swollen esophagus like you’re at the landlord’s apartment and don’t have the cash.

And the older gentlemen who oversees this one far exceeds my expectations and really enjoys making a pleasant experience for the customer. Order food twice from them in one night. Saturday july 8th 2023. First order was completely wrong so I ordered again. No big deal it happens. Second order was cold as could be. Tacos were stale and falling into pieces. My other item wasn’t cut at all which it’s supposed to be, was also cold, and the drink was completely wrong. I don’t know who was working that night shift but they need to find a new job. Wasted my money plenty of times here, never again will I visit this location.
