place smells of urine everytime I get a burrito from there the tortilla is just raw and the beans are always burnt the employees will kick you out if you put the code in the bathroom yourself even though the employees are the ones handing the codes out the bathrooms are always dirty and it at least takes up to an hour to even get an order in or to get your food I feel like they always stick with same people which is why the food is never good and the building is never clean you would think that since its a fast food chain they’d like to keep it clean and serve good food but no this spot in Modesto is like the worst taco bell to get food at

Me and my son were standing at the counter for 10 minutes until someone to come to take our order. They take to took to long making out food. And when I wanted to go to the bathroom I had to wait another 10 minutes in the line for someone to open the bathroom code.

Tried the new nostalgia meals here today. Got the green burrito which was surprisingly really good. I also tried the meximelt which was alright, I wouldn’t personally get it again. I’ve been here in the past as well and typically just get a combo box, but it’s always a fast ways option for some overall cheap food. Never actually been inside, exclusively use drive through here. Never have had any issues

You need to ask the cashier for the code to unlock the bathroom. The orange juice wasn’t expired, but it had gone bad. I couldn’t find anyone to inform about the bad juice.

I took my granddaughter there for lunch, never again. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes or more waiting for someone to come to the register but they couldn’t because they were all standing in the back in plain sight of customers, talking to each other. I ordered my food and the order was wrong. I went to get our drinks and the front of the machine area was practically floating in soda, my granddaughter got her overalls all wet from it. The staff that waited on us wasn’t very friendly and didn’t even hand me my order she tossed it on the take out shelf. Not Cool!! Won’t be going back there.

Usually my Wife and I absolutely love coming to this location, they always serve everything correctly, even when I edit my orders which having served in fast food I understand how multiple edits the way I do can be an annoyance. They even have good customer service. All of this aside though, today when we got our food and sat to dine in, there was a man with no food, no drink, nothing, sitting in the corner alone, facing everyone watching myself and my Wife, just staring at us and this young woman who was sitting alone. It gave some very bad vibes. I watched to see if maybe he was waiting for his food, but several people got their food after him and the man had been sitting there by himself, I thought maybe the man worked there, maybe on break. Didn’t have any uniform, didn’t appear in any way to be working there. He just sat there watching and staring at us and made us VERY uncomfortable. We simply decided to leave, but that was very strange and didn’t give a good atmosphere.
