You’re better off going to the one on Daniel’s Street. They often give inaccurate orders with special instructions completely disregarded. They serve food that tastes stale or like it has been sitting for hours. They take forever to get you your food, especially during the day. Service and quality used to be good, now its just better to drive to the other one, at least you know you’re actually going to get what you ordered.

Everytime I order from here the food quantity gets less and less. They charge $1 for cheese that’s half way filled and their crunch wraps have NO meat! It’s very disappointing and reoccurring!

I ordered two chicken chalupas with no tomatoes but somehow they left the tomatoes and removed the chicken. I also order the four piece strips and they weren’t even strips they were just chunks. I used to come here a lot but their quality and customer service plummeted recently

Not everyone here has non-existent customer service, some are good (from what I heard) but not most. Everytime I order here without fail the order isn’t accurate. Very unfortunate that this’s my closest Taco Bell.

Horrible. 17 min wait in drive through on 8-28-2019 at 8:12pm. Tortilla shells on the Mexican pizza looked and tasted uncooked. I just hope I’m not sick tomorrow.

This isn’t extra potato and lettuce like I paid for. And when I went into the store which the door was unlocked and opened I was greeted with THE LOBY IS CLOSED THE LOBY IS CLOSED. I quickly said my food order was wrong and they brought it out to me.
