I ordered through the mobile app. I didn’t receive my paid items. I ordered 4 luxe boxes. All the boxes had an item missing. They literally had one job. The boxes even have a sticker that tells them what items go in each box. Bunch of incompetent workers. No surprise. I went through the drive tru and I had a feeling this was going to happen. The workers were to busy talking and laughing amongst each other instead of working. Who ever management is needs to do a better job amd managing. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Avoid it at all cost. Especially considering the reviews. They literally have 3 stars.for.a reason.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Many times this Tacobell has messed up my orders and this time is the last time I’m going back. The taco they gave me with my Chalupa meal was so full of grease when I took it out of the bag it spilt all over my jeans as well as soaked everything else inside the bag they gave me.

Stopped in with my kids for a quick lunch. This is not my normal TB. Oscar was top notch. He knew my order even though I ordered via the kiosk. Service was quick and accurate. Every time my item was ready he made eye contact first with a smile before nodding and calling my name. I said thank you and he said you’re welcome. This is now customer service should be. At my other TB, I get ignored beverage drive thru is more important. This TB was clean and bright. Very well run. Thank you Oscar 10/10 you make want to return even though you’re out of my way.
