this is a typical Taco Bell. The food came out quick and everything was to order. The only problem that we had was that a drink dispenser was maybe out of certain drinks, but it was super foamy and watery, and just not very pleasant to drink it kind of mixed them all together as well. I like this Taco Bell I definitely would come back yummy yummy yummy taco.

The other food we ordered was fine just genuinely confused and concerned as to how you mess that up? Couldn’t figure out what it was so I put pictures up of the unknown item.

We have been consistently catering food and items from taco bell and they have been amazing at delivering every time! We usually order hundreds of dollars of taco bell for our events and each time the food is impeccably delicious and comes with every need provided such as straws, napkins, and organization! Thank you so much to the staff here for always killing it!

Today I was on the west side of Santa Cruz, and yesterday 41st ave Taco Bell made my food to perfection. I can say the same thing for Taco Bell on Mission st. Excellent. Just the way I ordered it and staff understood what I was trying to do without a tortilla. Restrooms are available outside and are clean. Restaraunt was also clean and plenty of seating available. Employees were friendly and greeted me before entering Taco Bell 🙂

Well I had a fun time joking with the young man behind the counter, He was new. We ordered the 11.99 burrito, taco box. We ask that they made the crunchy tacos soft tacos and make them super sour cream and tomatoes when we got home and opened it up we ended up with crunchy regular tacos oh there was a little splash of sour cream in it but still they weren’t what we paid for and we paid for extra for the super tacos I tried calling the store but there was no answer and I know that there was somebody there they must have just got busy and couldn’t answer the phone so I would just appreciate you know and apology and maybe a taco soft super taco but all in all my experience our experience was good at taco Bell just a little you know mishap with the tacos other than that it was great thank you

My Oder is always made incorrectly they never give me the sauce I Oder just a lame Taco Bell that doesn’t care like I ordered 3 burritos with 3 add ons that totaled 2.80$ and they didn’t add anything I have worked fast food and I know not to experience the best but this place has just no quality control just go to the soqule location if you want what you ordered.

Just had some of the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had and I’m an avid fan. Monday morning crew was amazing and super polite and helpful. 10/10 vibes. Great atmosphere, very friendly employees, great food.

What makes this place is the staff. They are very observant and sociable. I’ve seen them ask customers if they require assistance with the kiosks. The place is clean and inviting.
