my group and i all ordered drinks with our food and the workers forgot to give every one of us drink cups. we had to individually go up to the counter to ask for it after receiving our food

This has to be consistently the worst Taco Bell ever. Always had bad experience and service here. Excessive, excessive waiting time and there’s always this slim young lady who gives you your order without checking it and suddenly leaves like it’s impossible to ask questions when they always forget something. Grrrrrr!!!! Zero customer service. Thumbs down

I stopped here to grab a quick bite my children had a football game down the street. It was the worst cantina bowl ever. It did not taste like much, there was hardly any lettuce, with lots of sauce, although they did give a generous amount of chicken compared to most Taco Bell locations.

I ordered a number 1 which is 3 hard shell taco supremes. I got a number 3. A taco supreme with a burrito. I’m not a fan of their burritos. For a drink a pineapple whip. This whip is decaying before my eyes. Pure trash. Just nasty.

Okay. We have been to better locations. My husband never did find out why he couldn’t order a steak stuffed burrito but could order a regular burrito and add steak. My taco had a little extra – plastic.

Update: The food was not fresh and they gave me 5 hot sauce for 4 burritos and a big box….. Yea I don’t regret my review at all. It might’ve been too gracious.
I’m always very respectful and courteous when I enter any establishment. “ESPECIALLY” When they are making my food. So the amount of attitude and ugly looks I got from the staff upon entering were 100 percent uncalled for. The lady who took my order had the worst attitude of all, she definitely did not want to be serving customers today. I never understood that as I worked in the service industry for awhile even while being very depressed and I never took it out on customers..
On top of that my food was to go and as soon after I left I realized they had forgotten 2 of my burritos and had to return (always an inconvenience). I haven’t tried the food yet because due to all the negative energy in there I lost my appetite momentarily. I understand the people “working there” do NOT appreciate my business therefore I will never be back. I’m sure if someone from corporate showed up the vibe would be completely different.. Not happy.

I would strongly condemn going to this one particular taco bell in Morgan Hill. Very rude, unprofessional and untrained staff here that doesn’t know how to take, talk and deal with a customer. And you will never get whatever you ask for here on this location. For example last time I asked for 2-3 hot sauces and the guy rudely drops the whole box onto my hand flooding my hand and the ground with hot sauce sachets.. today I ordered nachos bell grande and asked for some extra beef and all I got was dry nachos with extra beans on top and beef that could barely cover 2 broken nachos…
So please if you want to go home and enjoy your taco bell then please drive another 15 minutes to gilroy and get your taco bell otherwise if you are already pissed and and to add oil in the fire just because you haven’t reached that level of anger and looking for some more picante salsa to add onto it then you are welcome to go to this taco bell and ruin your day…
