When I drove up to the drive through window I complimented the girl and she just stared at me. I needed a quick snack before my dr appt so I got the cheesy fiesta potatoes…. No fork in the bag….. been at the hospital worked all day and haven’t ate today….. The girl not saying thank you anything…. And being very short and rude…. Idk I was raised in the south and we were taught mannered, respect, and to be polite. It just makes you not want to go back to a place with poor service. Someone who is so pretty acts so ugly, such a shame.

Probably the worst Taco Bell we’ve been to. I placed a 30 minutes ahead order through the app to give them time to get things right and not rush them. We arrived early, sat down, time passed, my app wasn’t saying my food was being made, (they weren’t busy) went to the counter to ask… They made it right then! They gave me a soft taco and a chipotle cantina chicken taco, instead of my two chipotle chicken burritos! And what the hell kind of steak chalupa is that?! At least the other Taco Bell in town wasn’t this bad.

Tried the chicken nuggets 3 weeks and they were good.. better than expected. 2 weeks ago ordered them again with the meal. Soooooo horrible. Little charcoal burnt nuggs inedible. Fries were also pretty terrible. Not their forte… Never going back it was that bad.

Wish that when ordering online you could pick a pickup time for your order or at least be notified that your food will be worked before actually paying for your order. Right when you order they start making your food, they need an option for pickup time, or at least not start your order until you check in at drive thru or counter pickup. With McDonald’s when you order online they won’t start your order till you check in, which I find super convenient. So you know your food will be fresh. You just give them the pick up code from your order

Order at drive thru and come to find out the order was incomplete. Upon going into the store Stephanie denied to fix the order and displayed no level of customer service. She was extremely rude and degrading. Managment needs to step in and make sure their employees can provide adequate service to paying customers. Spent almost $30 and left with a chicken empanada and a large Diet Pepsi because employees refused to fix their mistakes even upon providing a copy of the receipt. To top everything off employees refused to let my disabled girlfriend use the restroom. We tried calling to speak to management but all we got was a buy signal. I can only hope action is taken so no other customer will experience what we experienced today. We will never be back to this location. I advise sticking to the Tres Pinos location.

Unfortunately I have to take back my 5 start review due to getting a bad cheesy steak burrito. They had been very good up until now 2/4/24 thru drive-thru about 4:50 pm. I usually went inside. I did not eat it all, it was not right. My stomach started hurting shortly after and hasn’t stopped, after 20-30 I thought I was going to puke and maybe need to or I may get worse. I work 6 days a week, 10 hr days and can not afford being sick or I could lose my job. this is a bummer bcuz I left a really good review b4 Christmas.

The Taco Bell on Nash is okay, so I just gave 3 . We often get our order literally with 3 stands of cheese, and a Tbsp of meat! Oh, but don’t worry, it will be full…. full of lettuce

The Taco Bell on San Benito St. is sooooo much better!! They never mess up the order, and they are always consistent. You actually get what you pay for. They prepare your food exactly how it’s advertised. When we’re talking fast food, and considering it’s highly increased prices, that is all we ask!! So, I can easily give 5 to the San Benito St. store!!

If both locations are owned by the same person/people, they need to be more aware of what’s lacking at the Nash Rd. store. If not, they should really stop cutting corners, and satisfy their customers as San Benito St. does. You’ll end up losing more in the long run.
