I had an outstanding experience at Taco Bell, thanks to David! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a fantastic attitude. His attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond—making sure my order was accurate, fresh, and delivered quickly.
David’s friendly demeanor and professionalism made my visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and he absolutely does. If every fast food experience were like this, dining out would always be a pleasure!
We also had the munchies for a breakfast burrito Supreme with bacon. Delicious.

The items we ordered were good. Mexican pizzas, 7 layer burritos, crunchwrap, all made vegetarian. Good amount of fillings were in each. I come from NJ taco bells where you never want to eat there again. This location actually didn’t skimp on anything and the results were a tasty meal that felt worth our money. They also don’t skimp on sauces, we use a lot, and they gave us a great amount. Thank you

I kid you not, this Taco Bell location is so awful I drive out of my way to the Taco Bell on 10th St to avoid coming here, which is a shame considering I live so close to this location. After avoiding this location for months bc of NUMEROUS screw ups I thought I’d give them another shot and was immediately reminded why I don’t come here. As a vegetarian, it is already immensely challenging to find fast food that I can eat, so imagine my frustration and disgust ordering a black bean burrito and biting into a burrito with beef. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. You can clearly see on the recipe it says “BlBn” for black bean, but has no black beans, but beef. The woman taking my order even clarified & asked twice that it was vegetation and they still mess it up!? This location desperately need an overhaul of their entire staffing.

Nearly empty Taco Bell. No traffic in drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes for order, not exaggerating.
Neither had the Creamy Jalapeño Sauce. Very disappointing.

This is a busy location. It’s the only Taco bell in Gilroy, but not that Gilroy is a big city. They do a pretty good job with service and food. I usually order diverging of their mobile app. You can find good values off the app.

Not the friendliest crew here, but they manage to get your order correct most of the time. Food quality is mostly fresh. But it is taco bell so your expectations are probably not real high, right! I wish somebody here cared about customer service even just a smidgen. When they get your order wrong, one of the employees hands you your food and walks away. I have never received an apology from anyone here of any kind. 11/26/2022 I did have a very polite girl take my order, should have gotten her name. App refused to let me order and some deals are only available on the app. February 2024: Order was quick and correct. Food was fresh so not bad.
