This is the best Taco Bell in Sonoma County, and I’ll tell you why!
Clandy Hopper the mullet king of Sebastopol told me this is one of 3 test stations where they test out new items to see if they’re viable for a full chain release. He told me about a new taco being tested called the Taco Bell Taco de Toro that’s available through March, so I jammed over and got 9 of them, they were amazing! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for sure!

Horrible service, we had an issue with our order went to the counter to ask for help. The young man walked away and didn’t come back. We have been here for well over 20 minutes before we walked back up to the counter and was then informed that we had to wait for the manager who was supposed to be here at 6:30 to show up. She didn’t show up until 6:48. Freaking horrible service in Rohnert park. Get your shit together and hire people that care.

Ordered a Mexican pizza twice, it was rancid. There was also bad pieces of lettuce & vegetables in the tacos and burritos.
The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean but the ingredients aren’t fresh .

I ordered a 10 piece nuggets, $12.06 and asked to round up. This was one nugget. Idk the math on that. I’m not gonna argue with some guy because I paid for this, just a warning for anyone else thinking of making a mistake by coming here for a great meal.

Probably the best steak and chicken crunch wrap I’ve ever had I don’t think I’ve had better Taco Bell from anywhere else. I’ve never tried this one before. And to my surprise, it has pretty bad reviews, but whoever was working on 11/24 10 PM everyone in there needs a raise !!!

I went threw the drive thru at Taco Bell and I always check my bag before leaving and when I looked into the bag to check my order and there was not 1 item I ordered so I took my order in to the lobby and told them what happened I just went threw the drive threw. The man working said I needed my receipt I wasn’t given a receipt I tried to explain and kid you not I was told I had to pay for another meal what kinda BS is this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL IN ROHNERT PARK CA.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell and it will be my last. The employees are so rude and they literally didn’t put any food in one of my tacos. The food was not wrapped well and it looked like they just threw the food in the bag. The girl on the 9pm shift 01/13/2023 tossed the bag in my hands when she brought the food to my car. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you want a decent Taco Bell meal. Taco Bell management should take immediate action especially with the night shift. Two thumbs down from a true Taco Bell fan!

So I went in and the line moved so quickly and the gentleman that took my order was very nice and made sure everything was perfect in my order and then I get to the window and pay and he’s even nicer by asking my how my day was and working hard to get those orders out fast!
I drive back to my hotel and man I have never seen a more well put together bag in my life nothing was spilling over like at other Taco Bell’s!
Food tasted amazing and warm !
