This is My first time going to and being at this Location. First-off this store was very busy at the time and Alot of Big orders. But Honestly I don’t think the Staff was really in fazes by this Rush. There cashiers and there Cooks handled everything with great attitude and good attentive awareness of what needed to be done. I like to give a Big Thank you to Angel and Luis for there upfront Help and Customer Service that they gave me while I was there. I had a long day and it wasn’t the Best but the Great prepared food that they made was right on time. And the Friendly environment from the Staff mad me feel more better all the way round. Great way to Pick up my upside down day and Get ready for the Night. Thank yaw. Much Appreciative and have a Great Year

This is the second time I’ve ordered a drink from here and had this black stuff floating at the bottom. DISGUSTING. I’m sure it’s because they don’t clean their filters and ice machines routinely. The workers however are all nice.

Honestly the whole place is just a vibe, if you know you know. Some nights I go to Taco Bell to feed the family because it’s affordable. I don’t mind waiting for my food because I know it’ll be fresh and hot. Look how perfect my order is when I get home and take the napkins out. Love it here !!!

Just picked up a drive thru order which included 2 burrito supremes which I ordered for a family member who can’t stomach cheese. This is my 3rd time to this location and every single time I’ve gotten this modification they always add cheese. The service I was always showed is perfect no complaints, but whoever is back in the kitchen making the orders needs to follow the customers request. I asked twice if there was no cheese and I was told that were was none, needless to say I’m not going back to this location and will go to the San Pablo one even if it’s a bit longer drive

I ordered a Mexican pizza vegan and they gave me one with Meat. I was very disappointed. I had to turn around and take it back and I asked the lady at the window was it vegan she told me it was so it was bad customer service that’s why I don’t usually eat out.

The drive-thru employees are always very nice. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The last few years, they have really stepped up the service, especially dealing with Richmond folks or just the public in general. It isn’t easy. It’s Taco Bell I love it. Extra sauces please.

I got some fries a couple of days ago, and I think I may have gotten food poisoning because I started feeling sick afterward. I’m not sure what was in the food. The service itself was fine, pretty normal, but the ordering machine wasn’t working, so I couldn’t log into my account or earn any points. On top of that, the atmosphere was uncomfortable—there were no other customers, just a few homeless people inside.
