No wonder it got lowest rating of all Taco Bell’s. I ordered food on app it showed ready like 15mins ago nobody answered at the counter they are not delivering my food and when asked they just threw my food. WITHOUT DRINK . I called them asked about my order and told them no one is answering then one guy came from back saying that’s how it works. Think about it when u order food and they disrespect you also the food. This need to be fixed. Can u all improve and give me a feedback on this issue. Or else u will have 1 rating sooner

The food is okay, but I would prefer more vegan options. The service is where things really fall apart these days. It is very difficult to get the attention of the staff as they want to force you to use the touchscreen to place your order. The problem is that the touchscreens are slow to respond and you have to navigate pop-ups attempting to get you to order more. They don’t always work and there is no one at the counter to help you. All in all, it takes longer to place an order than it should. I have drastically reduced my visits to TB, as the food is not good enough to justify what you have to tolerate to place an order.

30 mins for an order that takes 5-10 at any other location. It’s constantly long wait times for mobile orders and anyone dining in. The only thing that moves is the drive thru. They prioritize that over everything else. Even then it’s still a longer wait than most locations.

Unbelievably slow. Waited over an hour after putting in mobile order. It is faster to drive to a different Taco Bell instead of wasting your time. I would give zero stars if possible

They always get my order right as a pescatarian and it’s loaded with everything one of the best tacobells also staff is super nice. Only con is they have one worker there that works window that practically yells at you each time and it gives off her being super rude I do know that some people are just like that and I don’t think she can help it but it’s hard to order with someone interrupting you and yelling.

I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell for probably 15 years ago. I thought I would give it a whirl. First of all it’s confusing as heck. I had some difficulty understanding that when you saw something on the menu in order to make it decent you had to upgrade it by adding meat, of all things, even though it might say beefy chalupa. Even after adding meat 2 items, I found them to be pretty meager.

This place is pretty accurate with orders but it takes a while to make an order. If you don’t do it digitally, you wait in line, they just kind of look at you funny. Until somebody comes around to take your order.

To anybody who is reading the review.. does the pic look like a platter. Because platter is rice and beans to me. The boss asks do u want a platter. I said No. he says you want just the nacho fries and cheese. I was like , I want the NEW secret Aardvark nachos and fries with zesty Serrano and habanero ranch sauce. Why would he ask I want a platter or just the nachos and fries when I ordered the The Works. Beats me !!
