I used to love this taco bell but they have gone down so bad in overall quality and customer service. They never make the orders right, they canceled my online pickup order and said they don’t know what to tell me about it when I came to pick up. Always a looong line, I understand busy and under staffed but its crazy and something is always missing from our order and no one is accommodating. Im so disappointed.

This is the worst Taco Bell. It is like pulling teeth to get someone to make eye contact as to get the restroom code or to ask for water cups. Then, they don’t usually know what I am asking for when I ask for cups. Nothing is available without assistance except napkins, so if you end up needing a fork, you stand at the counter for several minutes as they try not to look at you. The good days of Taco Bell seem to have vanished.

I ordered 5 items and 2 of them were veggie mexican pizzas. I went home and gave one to my mom and while she was eating she tasted beef and threw up after. My family does not eat meat at all and this was a very bad experience. The staff needs to be more careful while making orders.

This morning I just went to get some breakfast for me and my son and the worst part of this is the manager she was the one help me in the drive true first ask what you need and then when you start told her the order she just put you in hold saying (ONE SECOND) well hello that very upsetting, but well here come the worst part, i ask for coffee in one of my combos and she said machine is broken, oh no well we do not have or coffee cups, well i said is fine pepsi then.
When i was in the window ready to pay what a surprise another employee( by the way I think is the olny one very nice there in the drive trough) well she making coffee and when i ask her if the was coffee she say yes, i told the other lady said not we do not have coffee. What a bull….t lie. So i call and reports this what was my surprise she is the Manager in charge is guess she is aloud to said what Taco Bell can sell and what can’t sell (amazing employee or manager)
