The food was fresh and hot. I really appreciate you can watch the crew making your food. The restroom was very clean and stocked. I will NOT revisit simply because you must order from a computer not a person. I had to shout to the crew for a human but once I got a human he was very nice, helpful and attentive. I personally support restaurants who have a front line crew as well

Dude working drive thru doesn’t pay attention to orders and rushes you. Crazy part about my order was he asked me what kind of drink I wanted! Proceed to the window gives my food. Never gives me my drink and other items i ordered then tells me to go back around in line.

I live in Sanjose ‘ i never got fresh cheesy fiesta potatoes they always gave stale potatoes ‘ but i visited here i really want to appreciate the team for giving everything fresh ‘ keep it like this guys ‘ Tacco bell is my favorite but many restraunts i visit in Sanjose don’t serve fresh .. but here in Hayward me and my mom quite impress with the service hot and fresh .. keep it up team

We placed a large order of 150 breakfast burritos with Taco Bell for our “Breakfast on the Go” event at Harvest in Tracy — and they absolutely nailed it! The team was incredibly professional, handled our big order quickly and efficiently, and delivered hot, delicious burritos right on time.

Our residents were thrilled and couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. The quality, price, and customer service were all top-notch. Thank you, Taco Bell, for making our event a success and for going above and beyond.

We will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the nacho fries, and my fries were cold. The nacho fries were seasoned well, and the nacho cheese was good. I wouldn’t recommend because it’s not convenient. If you aren’t near a microwave after getting your food here, you have to eat cold food. That’s extremely inconsiderate, especially for those of us who want something to consume right away in the mix of our busy day.

I visited the Taco Bell on West Jackson in Hayward, CA today and was appalled by the condition of the restroom. The bathroom stall had dirty toilet paper scattered all over the floor, and even worse, we saw used sanitary pads with blood on them along with bloody toilet paper. This is not only unsanitary but also a major health concern.

I asked two different employees if the restroom could be cleaned and also requested to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not available. Despite informing multiple staff members, nothing was addressed during my visit.

The overall atmosphere felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the lack of urgency from staff made the situation even more disappointing. Management needs to take immediate action to ensure restrooms are cleaned frequently and that customer concerns are taken seriously.

I just found out they gave me a zero sugar Baja Blast and I wanted regular. These people are dumb here!

Omg. Can you see the re re rewarmed shell, glob of meat, and 3 pieces of lettuce and cheese mix? This is the nastiest soft taco ever. This location does not make their food up to even low standards, let alone to bare the brand of Taco Bell. Get it together.

Updating my review
First time I tried placing an order via mobile/online. I wanted to give it a try. I stay like walking distance from this Tacobell.
After I placed an order, in about 10 mins of receiving an email that order is ready, I reached there. I stood in the line & there were 4 people ahead of me when it was my turn I told them it was mobile order. So the attendant told me that they did not want to prepare my food in advance because it can get soggy. Make sense, I was like okay, I’ll wait.
Next, I am sitting and waiting on a table that food will be ready for me to pick up any minute. Then I noticed that 3-4 people who arrived after got their food. So, I thought they must be working on preparing food and stayed quiet but I am anxious that why are other folks getting food prior to me.
After the taco-bell gets almost empty, a confused person from kitchen walks out and asks me – Sir, are you waiting on something? That’s it, I knew at that moment that something was wrong with the order. Next thing, they mentioned that they do not have my order because the cook lost it since they got a lot of orders after my order. Luckily I had a screenshot of the Order, so they took it and prepared it. In short, it took me 30-45 mins after I arrived there to get my order. Is this really a fast food concept?
The reason I gave them 3 stars is that they gave me some extras to make-up. And I do not know their systems, so I would blame the TacoBell corp here for designing an app for food and gives no ability to the employees to recover that order and do not think about what if taco gets soggy if the mobile order is placed in advanced.

Nevertheless, I am frequenter to this place given it is close to my place. However, these guys are usually extremely slow inside and drive-thru. It’s a joke.
