Food was bad… the people there were more focused on mobile order than the huge line waiting for their food slowly growing more and more frustrated. I waited about 20 min for a single cheese quesadilla, I was able to walk to McDonald’s order a smoothie come back and finish it before I got my order. Every time I asked the workers they kept saying 10 more min overall I’ve had horrible experiences with this specific Taco Bell including putting meat in an order that was on the veggie menu. Rather drive a little more to a farther Taco Bell than come to this place

‼️ BEWARE. THE MANAGER HERE IS A THIEF ‼️ This Taco Bell is shady. Super wild cause I’ve ordered food through the app & @ this location multiple times but never had a problem until today. The manager said he never received my order even though I showed it to him on my phone & that it was already paid for. Pretty sure they just gave my food away or he just let an employee eat my food because they thought I wasn’t coming. Staff seems new. Waited for my order for 10 minutes only to find out that my order was given to someone else. Last from behind shouted “we gave the order” . For God sake am I waiting to get a freebie ? Finally some good employee got me my order. If your staff can not handle names then just go by order number and see the receipt before giving the order.

Ordered through their website amd went in to pick up. Was told 3 several times it was going to take 10 mins (even though we got a ail saying it was ready for pick up) we ended up waiting 40ins to just be told it was accidentally given to another person. But they apparently they didnt know this the 3 times they told us it would only take 10 more minutes. Awful service and incompetent workers who didn’t know anything about what was happening around them. They all looked like chickens with their heads cut off! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION
