Ive order my tacos supreme they charge 2 dollars and every single time they forget to put it on i can understand that it happens every once in a while but every order every time I go there are some workers there that do there job efficiently there not all bad but the other majority dont read the orders and are on auto pilot mode and not paying attention might need to go else where in total they probably robbed me of close to 50 bucks altogether from my orders that I’ve done no longer recommend to my local ppl here in pacheco

Customer service is horrible. From the beginning i enterd theyre shouting at you. I was given attitude because i miss understood what the cashier lady told me (Maria). This lady goes behind to the kitchen and starts talking rudely about me to the others coworkers. After i told her i dont want what i accidently ordered. Her attitude changed. She started rasing her voice and yelling at me for not listening.(she spoke broken english and had her face mask on)sorry for misunderstanding.

I decided to eat inside vs. eating in my car. Drive through was normal, no long lines. it was 7 pm. I’m the only one inside I used self check out for my order. I waited 20 minutes before I said something another 15 minutes I asked for my order another 15 minutes I requested my money back at that point a rude woman said she will now switch over to do inside orders. I was shocked at her rudeness. I was the one waiting, and never once was I rude to her or the guy with her. She acted like I had inconvenienced her
