Terrible. The “crispy” taco tortilla was mushy and not at all crisp. The burrito supreme was also bad with not enough filling to balance tbe dry tortilla. We were traveling and not able to return the food but we won’t ever returm to this taco bell anyway. We normally are big taco bell fans. This is the only time we have ever had bad food from taco bell.

One of our 11yo girls in our jiujitsu gym popped her knee. They asked for ice. I didn’t know where to get as I’m not from the area. I have eaten at this taco bell and the staff has always been very nice so I thought I’d give the odd request.
Cashier super nice and asked manager. They filled a small bag of ice that we applied until her mom arrived at gym to take her to kaiser.
Gym was appreciative as well.
We will definitely support this local establishment.
Hopefully they will bring back the Tostada!!!

My family stopped here about an hour before closing and decided to dine in so our food wouldn’t get cold. The employees were surly and we heard them complaining about us from the back, particularly about my small son. They then proceeded to switch off the open sign (still 45 minutes before close) and told the customers who came in after they turned it off that they were “out of food”.
I used to come here pretty often since it’s one of the few fast food places near my house, but I’ll never return after being treated like that. I’d rather drive to Walnut Creek to get my taco fix than ever set foot in this establishment again.

Using this bathroom in the taco bell there was poop smeared all over the front of the toilet and all over the front of the sink and on the wall above the trashcan there is a sign that states customers “we check this bathroom every 30 minutes making sure it’s ready and clean for you”, so it obvious that this sign that they put up isn’t accurate, this bathroom is very unsanitary. On top of all this the food was cold.

This place has been a favorite for 15 years ever since I was a teenager. Always friendly and helpful. They hooked me up this time with super loaded nachos even when I showed up 1 minute before closing. They went above and beyond to take care of me.

The staff here lacking. The past couple of times I’ve been in, they’ve been extremely rude to me. The quality of the food is lacking too. They just throw the food in the bag and toss it on the counter.

Really not the best, but what can you expect when you have the worst people in America eating here? Everything has a little less in it, or a lot less. My last visit, I got a crunch wrap that looked like a quesadilla.

Pretty standard taco bell experience. Reviewing because it was hard to find in the shopping center. It’s between the CVS and the Subway, just to the right of the CVS entrance.
