Tried their new steak dippers. Their ad shows green Avocado ranch sauce. Mine had no green sauce in it. That might have made them better. For one $6 they are small. Barely bigger than a tube of lip balm. Won’t get again.

The food was perfectly prepared and the app prices were reasonable. The drive-thru can get backed up, so park and walk in.

I eat taco bell frequently at many locations throughout the Bay Area. I’ve been here about 10 times. Is hands-down the worst service. I can imagine. The kiosk thing sucks. No one knows what’s going on. In&Out has faste drive-through lines. Plus I just got skipped in the drive-through line. What the hell

I never eat taco bell but the day I go the food was terrible. Cold and HAIR in everything I ordered. What a waste of my money and time.

In the 23 years, I’ve been in Alameda this restaurant has changed looks many times, but it looks like recently changed again very space like and now they pretty much have no cashiers only machines. That still the food came out quickly still tasted like the same food atmosphere was just a little off because of how spaced it was, but it was pretty chill.

The quality has declined rapidly. The food is consistently cold, order requests are often ignored, and portion sizes have been reduced.

My favorite taco bell ever. We eat here regularly but today it was the best we’ve ever had. Very fresh, service is fast, and the restaurant is clean. Highly recommend dining inside.

First, I want to commend this Taco Bell location for its exceptionally clean interior and the convenience of multiple kiosks, which make ordering easier, especially for English speakers who may not be able to communicate with employees who don’t speak English fluently. Ironically, I only discovered how nice the inside was because my drive-thru order was incorrect.

In a rush to get back to my facility, where six hungry four year olds had just been dropped off late and missed dinner hours, I didn’t check the order at the window (something I now regret). I ordered 12 soft tacos. Instead, I received 12 hard shell tacos.

This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it became a safety concern. Hard taco shells can be a choking hazard to the small children in our care. Once I saw the mistake, four of the tacos had already been handed out and were immediately discarded. I returned to the restaurant with the remaining eight, hoping to have the full order corrected.

After a total of 45 minutes of back-and-forth driving, the employee at the counter returned only eight corrected soft tacos and said, with an attitude, “You gave me 8, so I’m giving you 8.” I was shocked. No apology. No concern for the lost time, the safety issue, or the fact that six children were now getting half of what I intended to feed them.

It would’ve been a simple and appreciated gesture to replace all 12 tacos, especially considering the situation involved young children and a potential choking risk. I spent over an hour resolving an issue that wasn’t my fault, used $9.87 in gas, and still left with only part of the original order while still paying out of pocket $25-$26 as we are a non profit.

Next time, instead of respectfully explaining the mistake, I’ll just request a full refund and leave without offering a second chance for correction.

Fortunately, each child got at least one taco. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I will not be returning to this location again.
